I didnt receive my game codes due to some mixup (someone else received the package for me).
Tried issuing support tickets as i am on different time zones, but i think the ticket got lost. Finally decided to stay up and try to get the live support. Super friendly and efficient support by a Mr. Steven. Could not be happier.

They call me right away to confirm the purchase and verify the shipping address. They look like a very serious business. One minor thing I found was that their online customization options are fewer than other online stores. My computer is working great, it came with everything I requested and they shipped it really fast.

Their online chat is great, and they will respond to email after hours. "Well the computer was delivered sooner than I expected. It was perfect, because I just about to head out of town for a week and I got the message that the laptop was delivered. We picked it up on our way out of town and I got to use it as soon as we arrived at our resort. It was beautiful, I love red! It worked great once I downloaded my game, which with the internet connection there it took about 6 hours..lol
