"Having shopped with different Gaming PC vendors, they have all thus far been very helpful and friendly, often also generous with any of the support offered regarding a purchase. In this case with Excalibur PC, everything's great. But I didn't see some of the proactive human interaction which I've received when shopping with similar places. It's true that they are very accommodating and offer lots of services/add-ones to counteract any inconvenience. I'll also admit that the specific product model I ordered is on back order as a pre-release, but I would have expected some communication from them about ETA, etc., especially given the amount of money I'm spending. "$2600.00 and the best wifi speed is 2mb ps. My old lap top sitting next to it gets between 33 and 39 mb ps. Called customer service and they said they would look into it and call me back. He was going to set up a simaler model. That was a week ago. My isp is for up to 50mb ps. download. Have not heard from anyone since. Blogs say that it is hardware and they buy a new hardware piece to fix. Why should I pay $2600.00 and have to purchse anything to fix. this is suppose to be a higher end model."

When it came to EXcaliberPc and XoticPc I really wanted to get a computer from them but they have thee worst customer service! The guy was very unhelpful and seemed like he had somewhere to be in a matter of moments. The thing I was confused about was that I called always thirty minutes after they opened. To make a long story short I switched over to EXcaliberPc and they had wonderful customer service which was my biggest issues. Steve is the best and gave me his personal email in case there was an issue with anything in the process of ordering. In saying that I am an avid persons in communication and they don't really keep you updated. You have to call in for both places to stay on top of them. If something doesn't feel right or something goes wrong call them right away and ask for Steve and he will get you taken care of. My computer and accessories costed roughly over six thousand dollars and I wanted everything perfect so I called to almost annoying point for them to get things right. If not then they might call you once for processing but it is up to you to make sure everything right. They are then times better than XoticPc even when it comes to prices. 2TB of ssd storage was over a thousand something for the same model computer with XoticPc when I came to EXcaliberPc it was hundreds of dollars cheaper. XoticPc really like to get people with their gimmicky accessories and small deals, plus Notebookcheck.com uses them for reviews and ordering but they are a huge company and I am one person with other daily task besides tracking a computer down, so I found EXcaliberPC's personal approach and care very endearing. Shipping came in overnight and right on time when they said it was going. The product came with some issues but I am working right now with Steve to get them resolved. Payment was such a simple process and I even did a three way with their accountant person to speed the process up because I need the computer for the first day of class. I find them to be the most humble underrated beast of reselling and fixing computers. I highly recommend them if you want overall less stressful experience."
