"I am very disappointed with Eagle Computer. First, they attempted to verify my order, and when they accidentally hung up on me, they cancelled it, concluding that it was fradulent. Then when I called them and explained that I needed the order for overnight Saturday delivery, they sent it for next business day Monday delivery. When the order was refused because it was late, they then refused to provide a full credit for the amount. The transaction is now in dispute through my credit card company. They don't seem to have a customer focus.
My recommendation: Stay away from Eagle Computer."
"Absolutely morons running this business. Do not go through the pain for purchasing from this seller as they don't exercise any moral when it comes to customer service. First they charge you for your purchase for an item apparently is in stock. Then a week later still no update. Customer is left in the dark until I saw the reverse charge on my credit card statement. BUT STILL no email explaining the reverse payment and most of all an apology for them wasting my time. Don't take my money first if you are not going to deliver the goods- where is the interest for my money?????????"
"This company sold me a defective laptop which I returned for replacement. After a month of waiting, I was told they don't have anymore units but I could call sales to find out for sure. Sales had more and the price had actually gone down so I re-purchased the second unit and asked for credit on the 1st. After a few weeks, it took me disputing the CC charges to get a credit. In the mean time, the second unit came in defect again. I made them send a return paid postage label and sent it back. A month later, still no credit on the second unit even though cust.service says "you have been credited". I disputed the charge again and will wait for AMEX to get my $ back."
"Had an excellent time dealing with this vendor. I was looking for a product that the manufacturer no longer makes, but I found it at Eagle. I was a little confused as to what all came in the package contents, as they had a couple different models listed on the site. My sales rep, Shannon, took the time to go to the warehouse and pull one of the items and told me over the phone exactly what I will be getting. Can't beat service like that! About to place a large volume order with them again for the same item. And I will DEFINATELY be checking out Eagle in the future anytime I need to make a computer related purchase."
"The "customer service," "return department" and response time from Eagle Computer Systems is the worst I have encountered. I purchase a lot of electronic equipment online. I purchased a ViewSonic P220f monitor from Eagle on 6.12.06. On 6.13.06 they shipped the monitor and I received it shortly thereafter. The casing of the monitor was crushed in two corners. The color rendition of the monitor was distorted throughout the upper left quadrant. I informed ViewSonic of these defects immediately. I have called their return department over 11 times and talked with a "store manager" twice and as of July 11th have recieved neither a refund nor shipping instructions regarding a return."
"I liked almost everything about this store and will definitely shop there again. My only two negatives are not big at all. A.) I thought they packed my laptop a little loosely. The manufacturer's box was sliding around easily inside the SaveAtEagle box. B.) Once you've input what you want in their store, it's nearly impossible to sort or filter your results. I used "Edit, Find" to get to the product I wanted. Would be nice if they would add some sort and filter options. That said, I will be back, and look forward to their success and upgrades to their site. Go Eagle!"

"I had an excellent experience with Eagle. I received my item promptly, although it was missing a piece. I emailed customer service and within the day I received an email stating the piece would be shipped the next day. I received the piece within about 3 days and everything worked great. I would have to say that they are a very good company to work with and I will definately check with them for future purchases."
