"I found the eagle thru pricewatch and checked here first as the website is more than a little bit lame. They delivered the lowest price and acceptable shipping. I was relieved. I will consider using them again."
"Positive experience. I have bought from Eagle Computer twice now and I feel that they're pricing is competitive with other web sites. More importantly, they are a reputable dealer that I can rely on. Both orders were shipped promptly with no problems. In the future, if their price is in the ballpark, I will not hesitate to buy from Eagle.

"Incorrect item was sent. When I called the non 800 number, I consistently got a recording and played phone tag with staff. Finally, I sent an email and got minimal communications concerning when I would get the correct item and how I was to return the wrong item. At this point, 10 days later, I'm attempting to just get a refund."
"I ordered a "New" Dell Axim 3 with Full Manufactures Warranty.
What I got was a refurbished item that stopped working after 3 days, with software burned on a CD and no license number for the Outlook 2000 that comes with a "NEW" Dell Axim 3. Calls to the Long Distance support number ***-***-****) were not returned and a woman at ***-***-**** another Long Distance support number rudely explained that I had to be patient. I called Dell about the Full Manufacturer Warranty and they asked for a Service Tag andor Express Service Code, according to Dell all NEW items, even those obtained by resellers must have these tags so the Full Manufacturer Warranty can apply. None of these tags exist on the item I received. As luck would have it the Dell Systems support person that supports the servers at the company I work for just happened to be visiting and took a look at the "NEW" Dell Axim 3 I purchased from Eagle Computers. He took off the battery and right away told me that I was sold a refurbished item because the above mentioned tags were missing and therefore Dell would not provide any warranty or support. He got the Axim 3 to work by doing a hard boot which is recommended in the manual when you want to start from scratch and erases everything, then advised that the problem would likely come back, and indeed it did. As of this day 3/14/06 the "NEW" Axim 3 I purchased from Eagle Computers on 3/3/06 and received on 3/6/06 is non-functional.
I persisted in calling the ***-***-**** number and finally got an answer. I told the gentleman that answered the problem with the Axim 3 and what the Dell employee had called to my attention and the Eagle Computers product support employee proceeded to explain that it is Eagle Computers that provides a 1 year warranty and that I would have to pay for the shipping of a "New" item that broke after 3 days back to Eagle Computers. He did agree to exchange the item and sent me an ra#9299 which stated:
Please DO NOT write on or deface the original RETAIL box. This includes writing rma number, return address, or any other information on box with a pen, marker, tape, Etc. Defacing original retail box will result in a box replacement fee, whether product is defective or not!
And this disclaimer:
**Please make a note...Serial numbers MUST be visible for all items being returned and can not in any way, be covered up, removed, tampered with, written, or marked through. If these requirements are not met, the item will automatically be returned without any further processing.
I kid you not, the above are actual disclaimers from Eagle Computers. If I can't put tape on the box and can't put an address on it how do I avoid paying the "box replacement fee" if I want to safely sent it back? Furthermore, the "original RETAIL box" came with by address already written on it with a marker. And one of the serial numbers came on top of the box and came off (tampered) when I removed the tape that sealed the box thereby "defacing" the "original RETAIL box". So I ask, is this a joke? I sent the RMA Dept folks an e-mail asking these questions and can't wait for their response.
At this time I'm requesting, begging that Eagle Computers please provide the NEW Dell Axim 3, with FULL MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY as advertised or please refund my money. A one year warranty from Eagle Computers is not acceptable as the above examples highlights that I would rather deal with Dell directly. I indeed would prefer my money back, although I'm sure there is refund fee, but will give Eagle Computers the opportunity to make it right. I will update this post promptly and fairly althought I do not plan on going through such nonsence with Eagle Computers again regardless of the outcome.

"I bought a motherboard from this company today. 3 13 06 I did not even get an email from them! I printed the purches from their and yahoos website thats the only order I got. I enen sent them a message asking if I would recive this over night. No replys! tomorrow I cancle the order, this is no way to run a bussiness. If you pay for over night service you should get it! Not 2 or 3 or 4 day service"
"Things went really well with this seller, they shipped my product asap, and then after the transaction was completed they then even did some great followup on the order. I love the customer service experience these folks gave me."
"Great service, price and product. Will definately use again."
"Excellent service. Item arrived faster than expected, no problems. Will use them again."
"I have purchased several items from this company, their service is fantastic. I had one minor problem with an item and had to return it for repair, the customer service was prompt and polite, no hassle whatsoever. Eagle Computer Systems comes highly recommended. I will continue to buy electronics from them in the future without worry. "
"This is the second laptop i have bought from saveateagle and WILL definitely be returning to them exclusively for more business. They deliver what they promise and the products are top notch. They are absolutely the best at customer service and treated me so kind, and respectful that i will never take my business elsewhere. It is well worth your time and your hard earned money to spend it wisely at saveateagle
VERY VERY VERY VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER"
"This was a great purchasing experience. My docking station was exactly what I wanted, at almost half the price I expected. And the delivery was quick and efficient. I will definitely look to Eagle the next time I need to purchase."
"What a rip off. I ordered a tablet from them, and they sent me a version of it that was ten years old. It was so old the battery had exploded in the box. Then after calling them several times, emailing, and text messaging, and getting the run around, they basically refused to give me a refund. Avoid. "
"I was terribly disappointed and angry with my order and customer service from this store. I orded a palm Zire 31 and thought it was brand new. When I got my order, the packaging was generic, the manual was missing, accessories were missing, and the CD for the product looked like it was burnt off of someone's computer and it was not complete. When I started the palm up, it already had someone else's information on it. When I tried to call the store and ask if I got a refurbished copy, all I got was the repetitive comment that the product was new and that they got it directly from Palm. I was terribly disappointed and would have purchased this product somewhere else. I DO NOT recomment this store to anyone. "
"Very fast shipping and excellent product. A+ distributor."
"I bought my wife a new lap top to replace an older Dell that had a blown power source that I decided wasn't worth fixing. I choose an Averatec 6210. The price was very competative, the shipping was on time and the machine is as ordered. My only negative was I was led to belive I would have free shipping and was charged $18."
