"Good price, prompt delivery, merchandise arrived in excellent shape and was just what I needed"
"I was very pleased with the service I received, the email on order status and tracking information. The product was absolutely marvelous, it looks brand new and works great, just as if I paid more and bought new. I will definately use Eagle again for my electronic needs."
"This seller received my order on the 22nd (a Saturday). They advertise same day shipping on orders received before 4:00pm, so I expected my order to ship on Monday the 24th. When my invoice arrived late (Thursday the 27th), I called the seller. Although the invoice claimed my order had shipped on the 24th, customer service admitted it had not yet shipped. When I complained, they claimed that my card had not been billed until that day (not true - I was billed on the 23rd). When I asked them to fix their mistake by sending my order overnight, they told me I had two options - pay for overnight shipping, or cancel my order. So I cancelled my order."
"Great product, great price! I plan to check your site first, next time i need any eletronics. Thanks!"
"Positive experience, prompt response, delivered as promised in quality and timeliness"
"Couldn't be happier. Sent exactly what I wanted at a great price, shipped it out immediately and sent the tracking number along with it."
"Purchased a Jornada 720. The website said it included the connectivity cable (which is necessary for installing new software on the unit.) Did not receive the cable. I checked again and saw that it was supposed to be included. I sent an email to the company asking them to send me the cable since it had failed to make it into the box. The response I got was that the website didn't say that it included the cable. Unfortunately, what they didn't realize was that Google had a cached copy of their webpage that DID show the connectivity cable included, and the cached copy was obtained by Google on 4/19/06.. two days AFTER my order was placed. After providing them with this proof, they have not answered my queries for a cable. Don't trust their website because they will change the wording to fit their situation. I can't believe they would go so far for a $5.00 cable, I can't imagine what they would do to save on a larger purchase. Stay away. Avoid. Trust me on this, you will NOT be satisfied."
"The service I received from Eagle Computer on my order in February was fantastic. I received confirmation letting me know that my order was placed, and it arrived in the expected timeframe thereafter. The ordering process was easy & user friendly.
I noted and appreciated the unblemished service I was provided. From a customer point-of-view, there was nothing further to be done to enhance my shopping experience.
I will be returning to Eagle Computer in the future should my supply needs dictate further purchasing. I received a wonderful customer experience and follow-up to ensure that everything was as it should be."
"Good communication from retailer. Would order here again."
"I am very happy with the service we received and the product works as expected, no problems at all. The ordering process was quick and clear, delivery of the product was ahead of schedule. Kudos for a follow up email checking to see if I was satisfied with my investment. I highly reccomend this vendor to potential clients and I will certainly purchase again from www.SaveAtEagle.com. Thanks again.
Warm Regards,
Vince Russo

"Absolutely horrible customer service. I saw that they had some of the lowest prices on Froogle, and that they had fairly good ratings all around, so I went to purchase a specific model of laptop. I saw that they had many versions in stock (or so I thought) so I tried to purchase one on April 8. I finally got an email on April 11 stating that this item was not in stock, so I went to purchase another one.
I'm guessing that I should have known something was suspicious with the varied prices when I ordered, as I was told after in inquiry email three days later when asking why it had not shipped yet that the Easter weekend was making things busy (yet, there was no contact or other information since the order was placed). I tis now over 5 business days and there is still no word about my order.
Did I mention the "Same Day Shipping before 4pm" statement on their website? I was okay with assuming it would be a day or two to process, but a week and stil no sign of it even being shipped is unbelievable. High ratings are completely undeserved."
"Bought a Palm Treo 600 from Eagle Computer. It was an entirely unremarkable transaction. The price was good and there were no hidden "gotcha" charges. The phone showed up at my door well packaged and on time and it worked as advertised."
"Got a fantastic price on the laptop I was looking for. Shipping was quick and the product was in excellent condition. I will definitely shop with this company again."
"If you're looking for the lowest price possible, you've found it here at Eagle Computer. I ordered
1)an iPaq RX3115,
2)screen protectors, and
3)a Rhino Skin PDA protector
from Eagle Computer because they offered the best deal that I could find on the internet, including free ground shipping. Keep in mind, though, you get what you pay for.
A day or so after ordering these three items, I received a call from Eagle Computer saying that my iPaq had just run out of stock, and they couldn't send me one until they got a new shipment. When I asked how long that would take, they told me that it would be 4 days until they could ship it, and they would hold off on shipping my screen protectors and Rhino Skin until the iPaq came in. Knowing how great of a deal I got, I was satisfied with this (I'm the kind of person that will wait a little bit longer to save some money).
When I called 4 days later, though, they said that once again they were out of stock of my iPaq. When I asked why I didn't receive one from the stock that just came in, I was told that there was a long waiting list for this item. I spoke to a manager, who GUARANTEED that I would get one of the next shipment in 1 week. A little bit irritated but still happy that I paid very little for my iPaq, I decided to wait.
In the interim between this conversation and the next shipment, somehow my Rhino Skin and the screen protectors were charged to my bank card and shipped. Someone made an error.
A week goes by (Rhino Skin and screen protectors in transit), and I call to see if the shipment is in... and, yet again, there is no iPaq for me. I'm getting a little bit upset at this time, and sick of the "guarantees" that the managers at Eagle Computer are giving me. They ask for another week; I tell them that this is the last week that they have until I cancel my order.
By now I have received my Rhino Skin and the screen protectors. There is a problem, though-- the screen protectors are for a cell phone, not an iPaq, and therefore are about 50% too small. When I call customer service, they give me a hard time because I don't have my order number. I ask if I can give them my name instead (to look up my order), and the "customer service" guy sighs at me.
He says that if I ship the item back to him, he will refund my money. I tell him that there is no way in hell that I am paying to ship the item back to him because he made a mistake, and that they need to e-mail me a shipping label. He tells me that they don't do that; he offers to re-imburse me for the shipping cost after he receives the screen protectors. My eyebrows raise in dubiousness.
Meanwhile, the 4th shipment (is that right? I've lost count) of iPaqs arrive, and-- miracle of miracles-- one of them is FINALLY mine. After I threatened to cancel my order. And they shipped out products that would have been useless to me if I had cancelled my order. And one that wasn't even the right product. And they wouldn't send me a shipping label, but wanted to "re-imburse me" for my shipping costs. Draw your own conclusions.
I did. My conclusion is to never, EVER deal with this company again and to pay the extra twenty bucks or so that it costs to do business with a reputable company (such as amazon or newegg) that won't try to screw you in every single.... you get the idea.
By the way, if you're wondering whether I shipped the screen protectors back for a refund-- then you're an idiot."
