"I bought the Line 6 L2t speaker system from east coast music a few months ago. It took over a week to ship and i could not get updates as to what was going on with my order as far as tracking and stuff until it had shipped three days earlier. The worst part was they did not respond very well when i would ask support a question. Upon receiving the item i had problems getting it to work and they told me i had to take it up with line 6 for warranty service. Warranty service this is brand new i could just send it back for a full refund. Very poor answer and poor customer support. I only bought this from them because they were the only ones that had it in stock. In the future i will do everything in my power not to order from them again and save myself a headache."
