"East Coast TV was the low cost provider on the internet for a 65 inch Panasonic TV. With a lot of concern and trepidation, I called and ordered the TV. I am happy to report that every aspect of the transaction went without a hitch. They were responsive on the initial call, had the merchandise, shipped it as promised. The delivery company that they used (AM Home Delivery) was excellent, unpacked the set, plugged it in and left with a nice tip. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

"I placed my order of Sharp Aquos 70" LC70LED745U on July 6 online. At that time EastCoastTV's price was about $110 (5%) lower than other sellers. I got a call from Tony on July 8 and was told that the TV would be available for shipping in 2 weeks. I said "Fine". Two weeks later, I called and was told it was still on back order. On July 27, I called again and I was told that it would take additional 2 weeks. Then I told them to cancel my order. Eastcoast TV canceled my order without asking any questions. After I complained about their Bait and Hold strategy here, Tony called me to amend. He promised that I would get the TV next week (even though my order had been canceled) if I still wanted it. He also said that he would give me a pair of 3D glasses for free with the TV order if I changed my rating here. I agreed to place a 4 star on probation. On August 7, exactly one month after I placed my order online, the TV was delivered. However, there were no 3D glasses. I called Tony on August 10, he said that he would ship a pair of glasses soon by Fedx. I got it on August 18.

Tony could deliver his promise as long as you remind him."

"I ordered a TV on 6/25. It is now 7/21, still no TV???? Apparently, the TV got stolen???
So, today is Sunday 7/22. I got a phone call from Tony. He told me they shipped out another T.V. and will ship out a free pair of 3 D glasses. He highly encouraged me to revise my review. I told him I would revise it after receiving the TV. He insisted everything was going to be ok and that I revise it now. Will keep you updated as to when I receive it.
Today is 7/26. I got my T.V. I'm not sure why it took less than a week the second time, and so long the first time it was shipped. I am happy that I got the T.V.
8/10/12 - Have not received extra pair of 3-D glasses yet. Tony?
8/26/12 - still no extra pair of glasses. I'm beginning to think they aren't coming."
