"I recently ordered a Weber Summit S-670 grill from East Coast TVs. Below is a quick summary of the pros and cons of my experience:

Overall:
This merchant has excellent prices with borderline ok customer service. The bad part of my experience may have truly been order specific, and I would order from them again.

Pros:
1) Much cheaper that other competitors (around $600 less)
2) Correct grill was delivered in perfect condition
3) Not overly pushy on the upsell call (some people might call the upsell call a con, but it's not a bad business practice and they don't give you a hard time).

Cons:
1) Some of the services reps sound like used car sales people. My initial grill was supposedly damaged in shipping. After the rep told me it would take 3-4 weeks to get a new one, I asked to cancel the order. All of a sudden, another new grill was available (taken from another person's order - so they said).
2) I paid for expedited shipping (within a week for $50) even though the site said that the grill would be delivered in 7-10 days. I was leaving for vacation and wanted the grill before I left. The extra $50 didn't concern me much given the great discount on the price. That said, the first delivery attempt didn't happen for 2.5 weeks (the first day of my vacation). I had called numerous times during this period and was given the number of the truck driver delivering my item. The grill seems to have shipped quickly (if I buy the damaged first grill), but there was a disconnect with their delivery provider. Beyond that, why did I have chase down the truck; they should have handled it. The grill was eventually delivered after I returned from vacation (on Sunday - which was unexpected and pretty nice). In short, no matter what the reason, the item arrived very late. In a case like this, the expedited delivery free should have been rebated (in fairness, I haven't called to complain since delivery - but I did call about 4 times before the delivery).
3) The 2% discount on the site applies only to cash / certified check payments. They don't tell you this until they call you to confirm the order. Overall, not a big deal, but definitely made me not trust them right away. In my opinion, the 2% gimmick probably doesn't bring in enough business to justify the loss of trust. Just state online that the discount applies only to cash / certified check order and this wouldn't be an issue.
4) The online login hasn't worked since the day I placed the order. Don't have the patience to deal with another service rep to find out why."

"I was searching for the lowest price on the internet for a Mitsubishi 82 inch 3d TV and East Coast TV has the lowest price.I am in Los Angeles and thought I should call Paul TV but decided to give East Coast TV a try even though there are some review out there where people say you get what you pay for.To my surprise,the TV went across the country and arrived at my house in 1 week.Two delivery guys are just like local Sears delivery men.If you pay $69,they will install the TV for you.I chose the cheaper option and miraculously drag the extremely heavy TV from my garage into my living room because I used to be a Cable Guy but I think for your convenience,you should pay the extra fee for the installation .The 82 Mitsubishi gives me a giant image of HdTV and I wonder why Best Buy would sell it for $2,000 more.My recommendation for everyone is to buy 3D(The bigger size the better)and trust East Coast TV for their prompt and trustworthy service "

"Great value, fairly quick delivery. I would definitely shop here again. However, be careful of the the up-sell on delivery. They are very sneaky and try to charge for delivery even though they advertise free deliver for 7 to 10 days. They called and said it will take 4 to 6 weeks unless I pay a couple oh hundred dollars for delivery. I didn't bite and the TV still showed up in 7 days. I ordered on Fri, it arrived the following Thurs with no damage. After unpacking and assembling it, I found it was missing the rotisserie. "I ordered a 70" TV and shopped the price a good bit and chose East Coast TVs because their price was the same but, talking to their sales team, I could tell their customer service is much better. Just keep in mind when ordering large items for shipping that their website doesn't factor in the insurance required or the other delivery options available. So they will call to go over the options and the shipping price might end up being higher if you choose a better option."
