"Their website is easy to navigate and their prices very fair compared to other vendors. I have but one complaint:

On Black Friday EastCoastTVs had a coupon code that applied to their HDTVs. I used this code on a Panasonic TC-P60ST60 and got the 2% discount as advertised. This is on top of free delivery! All seemed well, I entered my payment information and that was that.

Or so I thought.

I get a call from their office a few days later reviewing my order and informing me of a delivery fee they would charge on top of the cost of the TV. "Hold on", I asked. "Isn't delivery free?" Yes, they said, but this was a special delivery fee from their warehouse and something something white glove handling etc. I don't remember what exactly was said but I let it go because I didn't feel like raising a stink over the phone.

The bottom line is when they said free shipping be cautious, do not give in to them if they call you to offer their delivery charge.

"Was shopping for a new 60" flat screen over Thanksgiving period. East Coast TVs pricing was way better than all the big names (Amazon, Newegg, TigerDirect, Fry's, etc...) It was actually a big alarming how much lower they were. If not for the ample amounts of customer reviews out, I probably would've dismissed East Coast TVs as a scam site. The reviews speak for themselves though. Got my 60" Samsung 7500 delivered to California is about 3 weeks all said and done. Amazing prices, great communication and service, these guys are going to be at the top of my list next time around. "

"Purchased a 75" Samsung for $4955. I opted to purchase the white glove service and shipping insurance as well as an extended warranty, which added another $1000 to the cost. But still a deal compared to buying at a brick and mortar. If purchased at Best Buy, the TV alone would have run $7600 including tax, so still a bargain. Great TV and the service was great."
