We'd priced and shopped the brick and mortar stores, listened to horror stories of on-line purchases that were never delivered, or delivered damaged with no recourse. There may be a kernel of truth in some of them. My advice?

"Ordered my TV on 03/27/2013 with standard shipping. They called me later for a special offer on their expensive white glove service where the person told me they would ship the tv faster, call me to set up a good shipping time, bring it into the house where it's supposed to go, and check to make sure it turns on. Well, the TV didn't arrive for another 2 and a half to 3 weeks which wasn't faster. I had to call them to make sure it was even on the way and they had me get in contact with the shipping company. Once I called them they had already decided on a delivery date and time for me which ended up actually working with my schedule. When the item was delivered, it was not setup where it was supposed to go because it has a base that needs to be screwed in. It was turned on and checked for damage."

"After placing an order, the phone numbers I listed on the order were barraged with calls and I was eventually sent an email that requested that I call to "confirm the order you placed". After I responded to to the email by stating that they should consider the order confirmed, I then received a reply that they needed to "explain" a "non-eligible" coupon on the order that was somehow accepted both during checkout and in the order confirmation email. I then asked that they send the difference in price to me by email so that I could determine whether to go ahead with the order - but received no response.

From reading the other reviews, it seems like a good deal may be had on this site, but at the cost of listening to mandatory up-sell. "
