"I used the model number look up and even talked with someone via chat to order a replacement glass shelf and frame, with shipping almost $100, received the wrong size and was told to order another one and they would send me return slip and than refund me. After tons of emails and yet another $120 still wouldn’t refund me for the first shipment so I’m stuck with the first glass and shelf I can’t use. Very disappointed in there service! "

"After hours of shopping online, I was unable to find lower (or even comparable) prices anywhere!! The disappointment was when I got the filters in and found that the thin, aluminum frame around the edge of all of them was bent up in several places. I was able to bend them back out enough to be usable, but I really wish they were packaged a little better. Honestly, I'd probably order from here again as long as I can get the filters in usable condition."
