"I ordered a part I need to repair stove for sale of home. When I ordered the part, they told me that I would have it in 3 to 5 business days. I called 8 business days later and the part isn't even in their warehouse and won't be for another month. In a month, if they get the part, they can send it to me. A month after I have lost the sale of the house. "

"I ordered a board for my stove. I took it out of the packaging to make sure that it was the right part. It turned out that i did not need it. I never installed it and sent it back for a refund. Weeks later I get an email saying that the return was rejected because it had been installed (which it hadn't). When I contacted them, they said they had pictures indicating it was installed. Pictures would not indicate if the part that they sent me had already been installed prior to my purchase (which is probably the case). I then told them if they were not refunding the money, then they have to return the part. But, they had discarded it.
I am sure they kept the part and are reselling it as new and I am out of $194. This is a scam company and do not do business with them Should be 0 stars. Date of purchase is approximate."
"When I placed the order, the item was in stock and delivery was expected in 3-5 days. Now, 1 month later, without any notification or other communications from them, I'm wondering where the heck the item is, so I had to search my credit card and email to find the order, and discovered it's "on order." Never shipped. No notification or email or anything. They were just planning to keep the money indefinitely until I forget to cancel the order."
"I returned 2 refrigeratot gaskets. They denied it with pictures of black skuffed item with a corner that was broken and melted. This item also had completely exposed magnetic strips on the gasket. I pointed out that the ones returned were, uninstalled, no skuffs and definately not burnt and broken. When I pointed out that my item had completely excased magnetic strips in vinyl.... my nexr message from them was to refer to their return policy. They took me for over $300 plus $40 to ship it back. A BBB was filed. "
"I ordered an expensive control module for an Amana Washing machine. Turned out the part was not the one needed. It was never installed. I sent it back to them for a refund according to the company policies. They rejected the return, saying the part was installed. It never was, it was perfect, in the same condition as I received it in. Based on reviews, it seems that this is repeat behaviour, Do not trust this company."
"The bottom rack of my dishwasher broke, and after searching online I found the best price on EasyApplianceParts.com. I submitted my order, and was given a shipping date of a week after my order (perfectly acceptable). 5 days later, their customer service writes to inform me that the part I ordered is backordered, but to expect it ship out 5 days later than the original estimate (no problem). I tell them okay, but since it's an important part I also asked them to be as realistic as possible about any delays since we were approaching July 4th. They assured me they believed it would ship by the 3rd. The 3rd comes and goes without a word from EasyApplianceParts.com (other than spam requests to "rate my transaction" even though I hadn't received anything yet), and I write back to their customer service again. This time I'm told that there is no update available on the item, and that they wouldn't be able to provide me any assurances as to when it would come in. Repeatedly, they deflected to the manufacturer as if I should have no expectation that EasyApplianceParts.com should be able to get an adequate order status update from the manufacturer they have chosen to do business with. After a month with no resolution or update I escalated my claim through Paypal and requested an update there, but instead of responding to my claim they just refunded and closed my order without a single word.
So, I have been unable to use the bottom rack of my dishwasher for an entire month because I chose this company and not a competitor! DO NOT shop with Easy ApplianceParts.com, they have awful customer experience and will string you along for week after week if a part isn't readily available, because they are unwilling to get accurate information from the manufacturers they do business with. By far the worst online shopping experience I've had in 10 years."
"Both racks of my GE dishwasher has rusted out. This company said they would send me two new parts for $306.70. The bottom rack arrived and I installed it, assuming the other half would come any day. Half a month later I called and was told the part would come in June 24. I called again in early July and was told the part would come in July 9. At no point did the company contact me to tell me the part was out of stock, delayed, or stuck. I had to call back 3 times and email once, begging to speak to a manager. The person on the line refused to pass me on and only told me to try to send back the part I used so they could inspect it to see if they could pass it off as new to another unsuspecting customer. I will report this company to the better business bureau. I hope you do not give them your credit card or your trust."

" I do online shopping for parts for things around the house from sears and others from time to time usually no problem but this company is really horrible .After ordering then looking at complaints was I worried well another fool was takin. I ordered a Moisture sensor for my dryer and the order did come fast about five day, instead of my sensor in the package which cost $30.00 total I got 4 small screws with nuts . Just like everyone else had a hard time getting anyone on the phone then finally got the returns department they start the already written speech we don't do cash returns and bla bla bla told me my money would take a couple WEEKS to return 6 weeks now still no money dirt bags . who says the costumer is right not this company. To bad for this company I will not do business with this loser company anymore they should just be selling things from the trunks of their cars you will know what you get"
"I placed an order for a part on Tuesday night requesting overnight delivery. Their website clearly indicated that they have the item in stock. Next morning I called them to make sure they will be sending it out by the afternoon. They assured me it will be sent out in the afternoon. I called them in the afternoon to make sure it has been sent out. They tell me the item is not available and I have to wait for them to find it from another manufacturer. I called them again the next day which is Thursday morning. They said they have found one and they will sent it out by the afternoon. In the afternoon I called back they said it might take two to three days to ship out. I called and cancelled the order. I whish I had seen this review board before I ordered from them. If you want my opinion DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY"
"I ordered a part and their page said it usually ships in 3-7 days. What they mean is it might ship in a week or so. Then it will take a while to arrive at your location. I ordered on the 19th and the latest check on status shows it "should" arrive on the 28th. If they'd just walk across to their local post office I could have had it in 2 days for the same costs or less. And business owners wonder why everyone like Amazon. Even on a slow delivery Amazon, and Walmart are faster. I've recommended that Amazon get into more parts delivery."
