"Well satisfied with the experience of ordering the correct parts for a Whirlpool microwave oven. Parts order was processed very quickly and items were shipped same day. However, shipping method via FedEx was a surprise and took extra long. later realized that this choice of shipping involves FedEx handing off the package to USPS and the process added time to final delivery to me. Tracking information provided on line was inaccurate and the package arrived 2 days earlier that the tracking indicated. This is not a negative opinion of Easy Appliance Parts - they did everything right! "
"If I wanted mickey mouse I would have went to Disneyland. Ordered parts June 7th,2019, order cancelled automatically due to "system glitch". Credit card still billed....eventually refunded.
Stay away from from this S@iT hole company...tried to get me to order the parts aging for reduced shipping discount of $4.00 off, told him to beat it and hung up on the scammy piece of garbage.
Use Amazon instead and make this company sink like like TITANIC......don't belive me, read the rest of the reviews, bet you find a good one.

"Ordered a glass shelf for the refrigerator. Checked tracking, it was on its way, then on the day of delivery tracking status was changed to 'damaged' and returned by handler. Now have to wait for the package to be received by Easy Appliance, then wait multiple weeks for the actual refund. The package was eventually received by the company, 10 days after order date.
Tried ordering again becauee things happen right? ... same issue. On the day of delivery, it never even made it to my doorstep, it was being returned for damage. I gave up. Checked the tracking to make sure company receives it, low and behold, the day before it is due to be received, the status of delivery is changed to 'Vacation Hold'.
Here we are 15 days after the initial order date, literally 5 calls and 1 email later... I have little faith that this will be resolved any time soon.
So very very disappointing. "

"Purchased a ice bucket assembly part #WR29X10097. Broke within 4 months. Called easy appliance and they said I had to buy another one and send it back and they would send a replacement and credit my card. 13 months later the second purchased part WR29X10097 identical to the first 2 also broke. Called support and they said call GE. GE stated that the parts were not genuine GE parts is why they quit breaking. I called easy appliance parts back and ask if the parts are genuine GE parts and they said that they were original GE parts. I ask why they kept breaking and they said they could not honor the 1 year warranty. I asked to speak to supervisor and as of yet have not received a call back. The original ice bucket assembly worked for 5 years so I am assuming that the parts they sold me must not have been genuine GE parts. "

"I order 3 parts for my Jen Air refrigerator and 1 of the parts is not need and I liked to return. You call wait on hold..., then to hear will email you in 24 hours with instructions on how to return! Your invoice with my package has no company info or address. I understand need to notify you of my return but your process is not customer friendly for working people!
It’s 2019 come on why not send return info with shipment like every other company doing business! Your return policy is hassle! "

"do not order from this company! Website stated part was in stock , we placed order, credit card was charged and a week later no part. We called and found out stock was on order and would be in later that week but subject to change. What? why did you charge my card? Why was there no communication? Scam!!"

"I purchased a part on Saturday the 9th in the morning, part in stock. Per their advertisement part ships same day as long as it is in stock. I paid the extra fee for 2 to 3 day shipping. On Wednesday called told them I have not received part. They told me the 2 to 3 days is not guaranty, I just finished call them again because it is Saturday and I still don't have my part. Told me it had something to do with FedEx. I call FedEx they said it went ground and not by air and I would not get it until Tuesday. Call Easy Appliance back again and explained to them that the part did not go by air it went by ground and wanted to know why. They said they don't have a contract with FedEx to go by ground just air. I said well something is wrong because this package went by ground and you need to figure it out so other customers don't get scammed. She just gave me a bunch of excuses and I hung up the phone. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!"
