"This company customer service agents will try all tactics to avoid you from speaking to a manager. I had an issue with my product, i requested to speak to manager with two different agents, they both said manager wasn't available and they will argue back and forth with you about speaking with a manager. It's like it's a crime to ask to talk to a Manager. They will hive you attitude too. Please beware."
"I had ordered something from Edenfantasys that I knew wasn't going to be something amazing, due to the very low price.
It was about what I had expected, so I completed the survey that Eden sends out to make sure that you're satisfied with your purchase.
I answered honestly, but that it really was pretty much what I expected based on the price.
I was contacted by the amazing Melany in customer service, apologizing for my purchase and what could be done to fix things.
I told her that everything was fine, I wasn't unhappy at all.
She again apologized and refunded my money as well as an additional $5 store credit, which is so far above and beyond that I really am surprised.
