"Applying for VSP (thru iHealth). Fairly easy, with only a couple of bumps. Recommendation: It would be good to give information about the start date of the insurance with RATIONALE up front, instead of after one has completed the application. I wanted the insurance to start on July 1, 2014. I was applying on June 24. Only after I signed up for the plan did I understand that if I had applied by June 20, then my start date would have been July 1, 2014. I like knowing my options, or understanding why I have no options at the start of the application, not after the application is completed."
