"After a year of a useless policy through Fla Blue, I decided to spend some time searching for a better policy for 2015. I started with FlaBlue and after 2 1/2 hours including a conference call with the marketplace, found an acceptable policy. Well, as luck would have it, someone dropped the ball and the policy magically disappeared! Back to the drawing board...again!!
I found an ad for eHealthInsurance.com and gave it a try. Not only was I able to locate a vastly superior policy for six dollars more, but it was quick, easy to understand and, dare I say it? An enjoyable experience!! NO BS!! Just clear, concise and easy!! I immediately received an email confirmation that policy choice was being processed and i would be notified regarding any further instructions!!
I am impressed with this service and I thank you for its' ease of use without all the hoopla of..."we are here for you."

"It was pretty easy and I liked the options to compare. But I had made my initial payment on a credit card on my application and I kept getting emails that I needed to make a payment. So I think there was a break down somewhere on the eHealth side of processing because once i contacted a CSR through chat she was able to push it through. I had contacted Optima first before contacting the eHeath CSR and they could not find my application and pointed me to contact eHealth. Which once I did the problem was solved."

"buyer beware: ehealthinsurance.com. I submitted an application before the deadline for health insurance to be effective Jan 1 and I was just called and told that due to an overwhelming response, my application was "stuck". OMG seriously? stuck? and now I am directed to file an appeal???"

"Confusing, lack of desired communication. Worst of all my phone rang every 2 minutes from 9am to 6pm, mostly they were hang up calls. I finally had to block each number that hung up on me. It was really all the worst you would expect from giving your phone number to an internet company.
You do not get the price online you have to actually enroll in a plan to see what it will cost. The service may be free but it is too costly by far time wise to bother using.

"very happy with eHeatlh! so much easier to use than the marketplace. very reasonable and affordable. also much better than working with insurance reps on the phone! you can see the details of the policy your are interested in and still get the subsidies to keep costs down! highly recommended especially for those, like myself, that are very frustrated with Obamacare!

"Because of ehealthinsurance.com, I was out of health insurance for my family and young children for almost 2 weeks. Their process was extremely slow, we had to follow up with calls on multiple occasions and their communication with the health insturance companies seemed very scattered. I had to be the middle-man between the 2 companies, which is what their job is!"

"I was looking for dental insurance on the website. I looked for plans that included my current dentist. After I selected the plan and dentist, the dentist informed me that they did not take this plan. When I checked with insurance provider, they confirmed the same information.

EXTREMELY MISLEADING, very frustrating. I'm now having to cancel the insurance plan and look for a plan that includes my dentist. I will NOT be using this website again.

Our site in some cases also connects to the insurance companies provider search enginer. Unfortunately, the list may not be accurate as we depend on each insurance company to provide us the most updated information. So, we recommend that you contact your provider to confirm that they are within the network of the plan you are interested in prior to purchasing. This information is based on the contractual data within the insurance companies system. For further clarification you may contact the insurance company directly or you may review the providers that are within your network.
