One very annoying thing happened, the Skype for Business kept coming up when I switched on my computer. It was a lot of trouble getting rid of it. I'm not a business and have no use for Skype for Business."
"I had very decent deal after searching on the web for Microsoft office 2021 in so many sites and decide to purchase from EKSOFTWARE, transaction was very smooth without any problem. for sure they have 24/7 live chat, I called them at 11:20 pm and answer my question accordingly regarding to software download and setup. I'm very satisfied with this purchase from EKSOFTWARE, my copy is activated, so far Microsoft office 2021 is working great ."
"I ordered Microsoft Office Home & Student 2021 for $40 less than the Costco price. As soon as I had paid for it, I started to download the product code which they sent, but noticed it was for MS Office Pro and not what I ordered. I called EK Software. They informed me that the product I ordered was out of stock (even though it was (and still is) listed for sale on their website). They told me MS Office Pro is an "upgrade" worth $400. I looked it up and it sells for $39.99. Clearly not an upgrade and not what I wanted. BEWARE! They send you a code for something other than what you ordered and once you download the software using that code, you will get NO REFUND."
