"Purchased Microsoft Word 2019 for Mac but first contacted customer service who confirmed it was compatible with IOS 10.15, After downloading, receiving notice it was not compatible with IOS versions under 11. Wrote back to customer service rep who did not explain error in representation of compatibility, but gave me a link to another software version he ensured would work. it didn't. Now I don't have workable software and have less in the bank to show for it. Buyer beware this company."
