"I bought a 50" plasma from these guys. The process was pretty simple but I didn't like that I had to call them to confirm the order. At the time of the confirmation call a cable was mistakenly added to my order and when I called to point that out I was told they would refund the amount and I should keep the cable for my trouble. The TV was delivered in only 4 days not the 7-14 that was quoted.

"I recently bought a Samsung 58 inch plasma TV from Electrozone. It was an anniversary present to my wife. The shipping was free and it arrived in about 12 days if memory serves me correct. The box was intact and the driver helped me unload it and place it on a credenza. We plugged it in and it worked flawlessly and has continued to work flawlessly since. I got the service agreement for 3 years and it was activated with no problems. I hope not to have to use it. I must say the price was as good as it gets and the product and service were wonderful. I would be happy to do business with Electrozone again.

"More info.....Jeff at Electrozone, had stated the company would refund $150.00 shipping costs, for expedited shipping charges on an item that took 4+ weeks for delivery. He ensured once the tv was received and found in good condition, he would then refund the amount. I have not seen posting of credit of charges as of date. I phoned Electrozone on 09/17/10 morning
, left message regarding this issue, still have not seen refund post, nor have I received response to phonecall in the past 5 days! Beginning to relive earlier frustrations with this company. Apparently the only time anything can be taken care of is when you lower their online review ratings and it threatens future business for them. So, here it goes.......
