"Pros: cheaper price, 15% cheaper than competitor.
Cons: not all reviews that I saw are good.... this make me worry. some of teh worries are
about 1) the product quality (refursbish instead of new, 2) extra charge for insuarnce, etc.); 3) I must call back to confirm order. This is extra step ; when confirmation, the clerk there try to sell you more stuffs!!! ;free ground shipping is very slow...
Order is verified on 7/1 and I will not receive the product till 7/12. customer service is not very good in regard to inform me that there should be NO tracking for free ground shipping but in fact there is. they use FED EX ground, and there is a tracking number on the notification email that I receive. Electrozone should be more proactive in getting the credit that they already have in their process or system, instead of trying to sell you more stuffs....

since the product that I receives is new and I check the price is what they promise to charge, no extra ... so I rate this experince as 3 ***,
I take a 1* for my worry and 1 * for bad customer service and slow shipping.

"I ordered a Samsung B560 from Electrozone's website on June 21, 2010. It showed that the item was in stock and typically ships in 1-2 business days. After I verified my order my order status changed to back-order, funny since it was in stock. I called and spoke with Jeff regarding the status. He told me they just pulled it off the dock and would chip that day or the day after. It didn’t ship for another 2 days. However the item did arrive under the 14 business days (July 7th).

This is where it goes bad. TV arrives at literally the last minute of the two hour delivery window, (not necessarily Electrone’s fault to be fair). I had to be somewhere in 20 minutes so I quickly pulled off the box to make sure the screen looked intact (what I figured to be the most vulnerable). After I returned home and with a more thorough inspection I noticed the TV stand is broken. I also plugged the TV in and no picture.

Called Electrozone today, the 8th, and they took my information. I was told I will be called back with how to proceed.

July 9th,
Updating my post from yesterday:

I have been in contact with Jeff from Electrozone for the past day and a half. After discovering the screen was operational last night Jeff gave me several options of which included replacing the stand and giving me at no additional cost and extended warranty on the entire unit. While this offer is generous and does restore my faith that Electrozones first priority is to customer satisfaction I still felt more comfortable sending the entire unit back in for a replacement. Jeff gave me no squabbles and immediately got to work on finding my replacement. After checking their inventory Jeff has offered me a free upgrade to a Samsung 50B650 unit which is the next higher series in the Samsung line and has all the desired features and then some. I will be receiving a tracking number for this TV early next week.

When I first wrote this review I was very anxious and nervous that I was going to be left high and dry. Jeff has done a superb job and has given me complete confidence that I will come out in the end as a satisfied customer. His primary focus has been my satisfaction and has made sure I felt comfortable with every step of the process offering me multiple solutions to remedy my situation as quickly as possible. I am revising my review with the full confidence of my satisfaction. I fully believe this company is genuinely concerned of the customer satisfaction and loyalty, they have mine!

I will update once more while watching TV from my couch after I have set up my Samsung Plasma.

"After a 4+ weeX of ordeal with liars( sorry, can't come up with other english words, descr. their style w/out using profanity !...) from HDHUT.COM buying from Electrozone was like a reaching beautiful oasis after exhausting drugg in
a desert !
U guys R just amasing, that's what a Great Old-fashioned American Customer service's all about !
Well, absolute special ThanXXX go to Miriam( uh.., so silly of me, got so excited, simply forgot to ask her last name..., hope She's the only 1 there with that first name ... !), she was the one who's got me trough all the ordering process & she was just Terrific !!!
Miriam helped me out with everything, including with finding the best /quickest shipping option @ quite a reasonable rate !!!
She was quick - as I couldn't wait any much longer 2 get my new TV - I'm a big soccer fan & all in World Cup last few weeX& till July !! !!!

"Sony BDP-S570 Blue-ray Player: I must say I was hesitant when making this purchase from an online retailer I heard nothing about other then some negative feedback on ResellerRatings.com however after further research I did find several positive feedbacks and decided then to contact ElectroZone by phone which I did and spoke with Jeff who assured me that there primary goal was to gain a reputation of complete satisfaction. Jeff was very convincing that if I were not completely satisfied with my purchase there would be no hesitation in a complete refund including return shipping. As an added incentive to insure my satisfaction Jeff upgraded my Free Shipping to Federal Express and I received my order in much less time then it would have been under normal shipping agreed to. The Sony BDP S570 was set up with my Brand New Mitsubishi 60" 3D Ready 1080p DLP HD TV and it is absolutely Flawless. In addition to the Unbeatable Price from ElectroZone and I mean Unbeatable not even Tiger Direct,Newegg,Buy.com or any of the other tens of on line retailers came close to, there was no pressuring me into additional add-on's like Extended Warranty,Bundled Packages or any other pressure to purchase additional items like with other sites that lowball their prices then make you wait for weeks before they decide if they are going to send out the product ordered. In closing I highly Recommend ElectroZone and I would not hesitate ordering from them in the future."

"I ordered a Samsung 55" LED TV, 3D Bluray player and the 3D Package. Electrozone was the cheapest store that I could find locally and online and the communication was curteous and prompt. "I ordered a Samsung UN55C6500 LED LCD TV from this store. The response and shipment is faster than they promised on the website. The TV was delivered by a truck. The driver helped me carry it to my living room and opened the box in front of me to make sure there isn't any physical visible cracking or damage of the TV. No turn-on test. However, I hooked up after he left, and the TV is great!

Service-wise, everything is minimum. I need to call back after receiving the confirmation email to "confirm" the order. The tone on the other end of the line was not very enthusiastic either.

However, the price is fantastic. As long as the TV is fine, I am very happy. So, no complain.

I do concern about the service if something goes wrong. Anyone has any experience?

"Was price shopping for 2 Plasma TVs for new residence in North Carolina, ran across ElectroZone’s great prices with free delivery…sure glad I did.

Everything worked as ElectroZone said, received TV’s in 8 business days, and was called by local shipping company to set up delivery. Delivery was on time (Wednesday) & professional. TV’s unpacked, inspected for damage, and they looked fine, so shipping release form was signed. Set one of the LG Plasma’s up and totally enjoyed.

On Thursday night, we started to set up the second Plasma, and once it was placed on a stand, noticed some Web-like cracks on the inside of the glass screen, couldn’t see the cracks when delivered as the light was hitting from a different angle and the external glass was smooth with no cracks.

On Friday contacted Jeff at ElectroZone. He was GREAT and had a replacement LG 60” Plasma on its way by Wednesday the next week, even though I had signed off on the delivery documents. The replacement Plasma arrived Friday, with the same great delivery set up and it works fine, all at no extra cost to me.

Great place to do business with, super fair, great prices and super Customer Service…I will use ElectroZone again, with no worries!!

"A few weeks ago I purchased a Samsung PN50B650 Plasma HDTV from Electrozone (for a great price). Upon arrival, it looked fine, I plugged it in and it seemed ok. Then when watching my first show, I noticed that there was a vibrating sound coming from the speakers which I determined was a bad/blown left internal speaker. I called customer service (There is no email address or online submission form on their website) and sat on hold for 30 minutes before talking to a guy that took my information and stated that he couldn't help and that only his manager could assist with such problems. He then promised me a call back from the manager that afternoon but I have received no calls to date. At this point, I am posting this online review in the hopes that it reaches the manager who can assist with an RMA. Other than sitting on hold for 30 minutes and leaving a message, there seem to be no other options available.

UPDATE - 5/23 - Jeff with Electrozone has responded back and explained that he will either swap out the bad unit or provide a refund...Shaky start but they are clearly making an effort to make it right which is much appreciated...Will update with final result (hopefully soon).

UPDATE 5/24 - Jeff is having a replacement unit shipped out this week and the old unit shipped back. Great follow though.
