"Thank you ElectroZone. To everyone else, this is a great place to do business. They are all business with no fooling around. They have the best price I could find for a brand spanking new (manufactured last month) Mitsubishi WD-73837.

They called me to confirm my order moments after I had placed it. I can't tell for sure, but it shipped that day or the next. The tracking, which they said was nonexistent, was minimal at www.icat-track.com. It was about a day behind. I was watching this great TV in our home yesterday. That's nine days from order to in our home. Free Shipping with no muss no fuss.

A side note, don't buy a 73” TV unless you have a big enough place in which to watch it, I do.

I'll keep you posted if things change but right know I'm a very happy camper.

"It seems like I have a similar experience to some others from an availability perspective, but I had a reasonable customer experience. I placed an order with Electrozone for a UN55B8500 TV. Jeff took my order, didn't try to upsell me, but did ask if I knew the TV was discontinued. (I did.) The website said the TV was available in stock.

I did have to ask if the TV was new. Only after asking was I told that it was a refurb (I was okay with this, too). Be sure to ask!

One week later, I checked my order status online and it said the TV was on back-order (surprising, since it was supposed to be in stock). I called and was told by EZ that they were waiting for a TV to arrive, but couldn't give me the exact delivery date. I was asked if I wanted to cancel my order. I said no, but when I checked on-line afterwards, I found the TV available elsewhere.

The next day, I decided to cancel my order. I sent an email asking that the order be cancelled and received a confirmation within 1/2 hr. I checked the next business day, and the refund was already posted on my credit card statement. That was good.

Then, I received a call from Jeff a few days later. He apologized for the delay and the confusion and asked if they could do anything to make it right. He was concerned with negative publicity, but despite his offer for a discount on another TV, I wanted the UN55B8500. I declined, but they did offer me a small consolation prize (which wasn't really necessary, but appreciated).

I give them 4 out of 5: +4 for trying to make it right, the quick refund, and the follow-up; -1 obviously for not having an advertised TV in stock.

"I was in the market for the Samsung BDC6500 BluRay player (to replace a lousy Sony BDP-S350 BluRay). When you take in account the lowest price around + free shipping, you have an unbeatable combination. I give ElectroZone nothing but high marks."

"Had no problems purchasing my TV through Electrozone; they had the best prices out there on both the TV and the warranty package!

I will be sure to add them to my SHORT list of favorite online stores.

I will update this review upon receipt of my product to confirm what I feel will be a great level of service from start to finish from Electrozone.

"After weeks of pricetracking the Samsung LN52B750 TV online, I finally pulled the trigger on April 26, 2010 and purchased from Electrozone. Best price I had seen in weeks. I was somewhat nervous purchasing from Electrozone because of the reviews online. So I called and confirmed that they had the TV and that it was brand new.

Seven days later, I go online to check the status of my order and it hasn't shipped yet. I called Electrozone and was told by 'Jeff' that this model was discontinued by Samsung (I'm well aware of that already) and that they do not have the TV to sell to me. 'But they do have the newer models for more money if I'd like to buy one of those.' If I wanted a different model, I would have purchased a different model. I am currently awaiting a call back from the manager, however I would have much rather paid an extra $50 and ordered from a reputable place that could actually ship my order, such as Abe's of Maine, or B&H.

Until I hear anything back from Electrozone, I would HIGHLY suggest shopping elsewhere.

***UPDATE***

About an hour after posting this review, Electrozone manager did contact me and explain the issue on their behalf. He offered to find me the TV, however I asked that my order be cancelled which he did promptly. Electrozone was very quick with contacting me and offering help, which I decided not to take.

"I was initially concerned that I had ended up with a returned Sharp LC32LE700 with no warranty, however, everything has worked out. Erin just called (apparently working on a Sunday) and will provide proof of a full warranty which had been voided by Sharp.

They seemed quite concerned with satisfying their customers, and getting repeat business.

"Excellent experience!
The Samsung LN46B650 LCD TV was just as advertised and arrived in perfect condition.
I am more than pleased with the product and ordering experience.
Shipping was fast - around 5 days to Dallas (I ordered on a Thursday - had I ordered a day before it would likely have arrived in 3 days.)
The shipping company (ICAT Logistics) was extremely nice and accommodated my schedule for delivery so my time away from the office was minimal.
Note: Before ordering I had seen a few bad reports on some of the review sites but, after seeing their excellent reviews on EBay (which are verifiable), I did not have a problem ordering. In a nutshell - great product and great customer service from both the vendor and shipping company.

"This company is underrated, I had a very good experience buying from this store. Here's what my experience was like:

- on 4/15 I called ahead of time to ask if the tv i wanted is in stock, they said yes and I told them I'm going to submit payment online.
- Instead of waiting for the call confirmation, I called them instead and they said they got the order in
- I asked to make sure if I have 1yr warranty. The rep explained that no since this is a discontinued model. It comes with 3 month warranty. They didn't ask me if I wanted an upgrade. They did however ask if I wanted to upgrade shipping, which will extend my warranty for another 1yr. I said no, and the rep said no problem.
- day later, status from electrozone site changed to Shipped, with EWR and tracking no.
- Although they told me there's no tracking with free shipping, it actually is there if u goto icat-track.com
- icat showed 4/16/2010 - status changed to new
- icat showed 4/19/2010 - picked up
- on 4/20 I got a call from shippers asking me to schedule a drop either on wed/thurs/fri. I asked for wed and they said sure
- 4/21 my wife got the package while i was at work, she inspected it and she said it looked great.

Overall, prices were great, they were fast to ship, tracking was semi-available, there were no bait-n-switch, and I wasn't forced to buy anything I don't want.

The reason I went with this store is :
1) prices (offered really low price compared to others)
2) I've checked their bbb.org rating and they have a D-. I know that looks alarming, but from what I've read they used to have a F rating, and now they're trying to better themselves recently. Also if you check, they seems to have 22 complaints in the last 36 month, and 19 have been marked as resolved (which means they're actually trying to resolve them instead of ignoring them)

So in case you do run into problems with your order with them, I say work with them and try to resolve it. Try to get a hold of a friendlier rep, I had Luis and he was really nice through the whole process.

"My wife is very happy with the Fatman iTube ValveDock Carbon Edition I purchased from ElectroZone. It is a new product, but I paid almost half the price the other online stores offered. I hooked up this tube amp to my Polk M10 shelf speakers and my wife was surprised by the dramatic change. A woofer is not required with the tube amp and the base sounds beautifully. The orchestra music finally sound good enough to her ears and I can stop searching for an amp and don't have to spent more money. I also hooked up this Fatman tube amp to a pair of Klipsch RVX-54 floor standing that is currently hooked up to a $200 Pioneer amp. It was not so dramatic because the Fatman tube amp is designed for shelf speakers. If ElectroZone ever has another tube amp with higher output wattage, I will probably not going to miss it. Overall, I am extremely happy with this Fatman tube amp purchase. It sounds extremely nice with details even in a large room standing 30-feet away from the speakers.

"I had a great experience with them. I was definately nervous, especially after reading sites like this but it all turned out great.

I ordered a plasma TV and it arrived in the time frame they said it would and I verified with Samsung when I received it that it was a brand new TV.

The TV's been working great for about 2 months and I received a follow up phone call asking if I was satisfied with my experience and to post a review on this site (which is probably why you see many 1-review only useres on here) so thought I'd share.
