"ElectroZone is an excellent site in which to purchase electronic products online. It was one of the shortest waiting periods I've ever had to receive something purchased from the internet. It was easy, and customer service was pretty good. The only issue I had was that the customer service representative was a little too pushy for my taste. He kept trying to sell me another product after I had just purchased a product. I assured him that I would be using the site again in the future, and that he should not try to push the issue of selling another product to a customer who had just purchased a product from them; it might scare them away because of the seemingly harassing behavior. (I don't scare off that easily, but others might) Other than that episode, I enjoyed this shopping experience. Oh, and by the way, GREAT product!!"

"The company prices very aggressively. But if you're dealing with them, you know you don't want the low-end models of TVs, etc. used in the big chains to entice your purchase. You've done your research, and know the difference between, say, the Samsung TV model "series".
There is good communication with the company employees. One small ordering hitch is that if you opt for the "free" shipping, the item(s) you order may not be easily locatable between warehouse and your final destination, for a period of up to 3 weeks.
I am very happy (!!!) to say that ElectroZone performed perfectly. The set arrived today, Dec. 10, in a well-secured factory box, 2 people carried it up, and stood by while I opened the box and inspected my TV. I saved >$700 versus buying this model locally. And it took less time hanging it on my Peerless UltraSlim wall mount than I've spent writing and revising these reviews here.
So -- yes, it took a couple weeks, ordering the day before Thanksgiving. Definitely worth it. We will buy from ElectroZone again.

"Ordered >$2k plasma late Monday. Received email confirming and request to call in on Tuesday. I called in to confirm and sales rep tried to sell cables, extended warranty, expedited shipping. I declined.
Sales rep. then said free shipping will require 5% shipping insurance. I declined.
Sales rep said me this was not an option but required. I declined and offered to cancel the order if they were sticking with this line.
Sales rep put me on hold, then came back and said they would allow it as a courtesy since I was a first time customer.
I received the item in great condition on the following Wednesday - shipped from Michigan to the San Diego area.
I would buy from them again, but the 5% shipping insurance is not reasonable. If the item arrived damaged, you should simply refuse delivery. You should plug item in and verify function before accepting delivery on an expensive item. Credit card will cover purchase for first 90-days and extend warranty from 1 year to 2 years (American Express)."

"ElectroZone sends an automated email requiring you to call them to "confirm and verify" your order, but it's actually an attempt to up-sell you. I bought a Blu-ray player from them and they said "Oh, you forgot the cables. Would you like [this one or that one]?" I said no, and then they tried to sell me a 3-year service plan. I said no, and they tried to sell me 3D goggles. Two months later they called me at work to find out if I had a positive experience. I said the product was fine, so they sent me an email to fill out a "survey", but it was actually a link to give them positive reviews on websites like this one! I consider this dishonest and annoying, and I discourage anyone from doing business with them for these reasons.

Jeff and Aron from ElectroZone contacted me after I left this review to try and remedy my experience. I was told it is not their policy to attempt to up-sell during the confirmation call, and that that particular representative is no longer with the company. I was skeptical until they refunded my order in full. That surprised and impressed me, so I decided to update this review."
