"I will give it to Aaron he was excellent in getting my issue resolved. A lot of other people would be happy to know the Class issue has been solved. This company reads the reviews and cares what we say I admit I'm surprised.

If you have read my reviews and updates you know Ive given this company the ringer. I have been assured and was even told how to track if my product is new. But I was assured and feel confident the TV IS %100 NEW.

After the 1017 update No problems. I encourage you to update the software if any problems occur. SO far the best buy I've made in yeas. Thanks t o Aaron and ( i hope I got that right would really suck to mess that up a really cool guy!)Jeff. great guys.

Id shop again and do intend to. Please forget the old reviews. Electrozone is awesome.

"I have purchased an LCD unit from electrozone in December and since then I have placed a second order for a second flat screen for my home.

I've been very satisfied with their quick and courteous customer service, a gentleman named Jeff took care of my order. The order was processed in a timely and professional manner, and the unit was shipped to my home within 5 business days in perfect condition with no problems.

I would definitely reccommend this site to anyone; good service at unbeatible prices.

"I purchased an expensive, high-end Sony HD camcorder from ElectroZone. The product arrived very quickly, and was in perfect condition, exactly as described. I also ordered a spare battery with the camera. The battery that arrived was not the correct one. But I called them and they took care of the problem right away. I literally had the new battery in the mail the NEXT DAY. Purchasing pricey electronics online can cause anxiety for many people, but I have actually recommended ElectroZone to several friends. And I will definitely start here next time I'm in the market for any type of electronic devices."

"they say item is in stock when in fact it is NOT!

They take your order and then try to purchase the item from the manufacturer at a discount. Then they tell you it's on backorder. Not true. Then a bate and switch is tried, wanting to buy a substitute. They said they tried to contact me but that was also not true.

I cancelled my order and do not recomend doing business with this company.

"CAUTION - Very slow to ship and non-responsive to customer service inquiries.

I placed an order on December 1, and had to call to "confirm" my order before it would be processesd (apparently so they would have the opportunity to try to up-sell me on an additional battery and charger). After confirming my order, a week went by with my order status as "ready to ship." Two e-mails to the "orders" e-mail address and "Manager" e-mail address on the website went unanswered. A call to customer service put me to a voicemail where I left a message asking for information about my order -- and that message too went unanswered.

I checked again today and my order does finally have a tracking number, so it looks like my order might finally be shipped today, more than a week after placing my order.

In comparison to nearly every other online vendor who ships the next day (or at worst - 2-3 days), I found Electrozone's service underwhelming. More disappointing is the lack of response to my multiple inquiries about the status of my order. I don't know if they are just swamped for the holidays or are understaffed, but this type of unresponsiveness is unacceptable in my book. I won't order from them again.

purchased above tv from electrozone on above date.

it was delivered broken (the front glass was broken)0 I delt with a man named Louis no last name given. he informd me that the driver said he personally opened the box and everything was fine. this was a lie as blatant as a yellow streak. He then informed me that I was stuck with it. good way to clean out old inventory huh

I charged it to a visa gold card and they tell me it will go to litigation within 60 days.

If they still remain recalcentrat I may have to hire a lawyer and treble damages may apply

I will let you know $578.00 is a lot of money to me. maybe not so much to a Las Vagas high roller.

"Horrible experience! Ordered DVD player 4 November and nothing received as of today. Called many times and was told since I took the "free shipping" they couldn't give me information. Now (all of the sudden) they said my player was lost or missing from fedEX and I would have to wait who knows how long for when/if they get this "older model" in (this is not an older model). Then customer sales rep #201 tried to sell a sub-par player instead. It is the old bait and switch!!! Don't buy from them ever!"

"I can't speak for those who have bad experiences with ElectroZone in the past, but here is my experience.

I found ElectroZone from the search result for Sony HDR-XR520V on Amazon.com, as a NOT authorized Amazon's seller, so I decided to check them out among with other sellers who have price $200-300 less than Amazon's price. I called few of the sellers on the list. As it turned out, they have a bail-and-switch scheme. One even told me that $939.00 advertised price is not available, but they do have a HDR-XR501V package with tripod, battery, etc for over $1300. I was not interested the package because I know they will send me a whole bunch of generic brand junks which may cost them couple of dollars and they don't work. Also some of the sellers' policies are terrible (Don't forget to read the policy before you buy from the seller).

I talked to ElectroZone and they told me their camera is not a "GREY" market product with USA warranty and currently have 12 items in stock. Also their policy have a lot of common sense and genuine. For example, "if the product is defective, we will replace" (Not sure if they will honor that but... I am not going to find out).

Anyway, I decided to make a purchase from ElectroZone. The acknowledgement email instructed me to call them back so I called the next day. The customer representative (I think it was Jeff, nice and courteous) tried to sale me some battery but I told him I am not interested in anything that is not Sony. I promised to check out their website, so he left me alone. He assured me that the camera is not a GREY market product and it comes with USA warranty brand new from the box.

I placed my order on October 13th and had not heard anything since so I called back on the 15th. I believe I was talking to Louis. He said the camera already shipped out either on the 14th evening or morning of 15th and it takes 7-10 business day without tracking number since I choose free shipping without tracking.

Then I ran into this website and was reading all this negative reviews (I don't usually read positive ones since they may not be genuine) and became worry that ElectroZone might be another scam artist as what you have read. So I called back the next 16th to talk to Jeff. He said if I call back on Monday the 19th, he will provide me the track number.

By Monday, I checked my status on the website and it shown it was shipped on the 16th with tracking number. Looking at the tracking number it was "INITIATED" but FexEd had not received the package. Finally, FexEd picked up somewhere in Saline, Michigan while ElectroZone location is in Vegas, Nevada. That is strange, but I guess maybe they have their warehouse in Michigan.

After waiting for 5 days (actually shipped date was 19th not 15th or 16th), on 23rd the FexEd knocked on my door at 9 a.m. And WOW... I was so nervous to open the box because I am afraid that I may find a USED GREY market product and then have to go to whole ordeal to return it. Surprisingly, the box is a Sony genuine box with its official white seal. The camera is brand new, not used or reburished based on my observation. I also located the serial number to be sure it is genuine.

At this point, I am very happy with my purchase since I saved over $300 from Amazon's price. I recommend ElectroZone and would buy from them again.

For those of you, if you don't mind the worry as to what you are going to get from small companies like Electrozone, buy it from them. Otherwise stick with Amazon.com since they are reputable and responsible for their products and their authorized sellers. Don't buy anything from companies in Jersey area. I heard they are worse!!!!

"I would recommend working with ElectroZone. I did get my merchandise, and even was upgraded to a nicer TV than the one I ordered. I paid quite a bit less than the going rate too.

"Before we finalized our order at their web site for Samsung PN63A650, I called Electrozone to confirm they had in stock for an immediate delivery. I talked to Jeff. He confirmed it was in stock. Although their web site stated that the delivery date of 7 to 14 days, I was not concerned since they confirmed the availability. To make sure it was shipped, I called and talked to Jeff again and he confirmed it was shipped on 09/10/09 and that we should receive it on the 17th. My credit card was promptly charged on the 9th. When it did not arrive, I was very concerned and check the reviews. I was horrified by what I read. I immediately called and talked to Jeff. He transferred my call to Louis. What has happened after that is exactly the same what I read in the reviews. He was not only rude but much more. It is beyond my comprehension that they are still in business! He called back and offered to cancel and re-route my order. As we purchase $2 to 3 million for our business, we are very familiar with shipment. Based on what he stated, I believe the item was never shipped nor they had it in stock. When I sent him an e-mail confirming the cancellation of my order, he responded with made-up statements to smear the problem on me. I assume he wants to make them look good in case this becomes an issue. He continued to respond to my response to his e-mail with the same smear attacks.

To those thinking of purchasing from Electrozone, READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE! I wish I have done it.

"One twisted establishment, what a hack!!

ElectroZone indicated they had 6 counts in their inventories, so I ordered 1 Pioneer BDP05FD 1080p Player online, selected "FREE Standard Ground (No Tracking Available)".

Thanks for wasting my time!!

They accepted my order, stated it was available, but refused to disclose how they are able to use the cheapest via their own "shipping system"

14th Business day: From time to time, I was assured by this establishment that the box was already on its way...but nothing came on the 14th business day!

Order placed, did they really had the item in stock? Who knows. I believed a "phantom order" was created , and then the "phantom item" was on its way, once the lies sunk deeper.

Up date: Just got a follow up call a couple of days ago from EZ (after my order was refunded a while ago) anyway, here is how they explained my "Phantom Order". The item was send to me, and in the middle of the journey, it got damaged, so before the box reached me, it turned around and back to the merchant. The follow up call is to assure I don't have to pay for that damage.

"I ordered a Samsung UN46B6000 TV on 08-03-09, talked with Eric. I was hesitant about ordering by phone, but he said he would send expedited shipping with tracking, at no charge if I ordered by phone. I ordered from him and paid for and included a 3 yr extended warranty too. I asked when it would be shipped and he said tomorrow (08-04-09. I gave my credit card info. and got an e-mail confirming the transaction.

A short time later I got a call from Louis telling me that the credit card transaction did not go through, but said that sometimes it's because credit card companies want the cardholder to verify the transaction. I called the credit card company and had the transaction cleared. I called Louis back and he told me that it had been cleared.

The next day, I read some of the reviews about this company and became anxious about the company, so I called Louis, and he assured me that it was a new TV I was receiving. I told him I was nervous after reading the negative reviews on line and he assured me that the TV had been shipped that day.

Fast forward to the following Monday and I got a call from the truck company for the TV delivery. He delivered, unwrapped and inspected the TV before I signed for the delivery.

The bottom line is the TV works great and my experience with Electrozone was very satisfying.

"I was looking to purchase a 60” Pioneer TV and a blueray player so I searched online and found a great deal on electrozone website. I made the purchase online.

Then, I read some mixed review on the company. Some on the reviews were positive and some negative. I am glad to say that I got the TV 7 days after my purchase and I just invited our family to my Fathers 60th birthday. We watched some family videos and everyone was commenting about the great picture quality of my new TV and how thin and clear it was.

Electrozone, thanks for a great experience and price.

"I was pleasantly surprised with my shopping experience. I purchased a new Samsung 40" LED TV, finding the best deal out of EVERY website at Electrozone. After I made the purchase I was horrified from reviews other customers wrote on this website, about refurbished products, and terrible customer service, and seriously considered canceling my order. Calling with concerns to the one customer service agent they have, I was greeted with rude comments and a nasty attitude, fortifying the negative feedback written in other customer reviews. Forced to keep my order by a sketchy return policy, restocking fees, and addition return shipping charges I waited for my product to arrive, terrified about the possible condition of the television.

Well it arrived this morning as promised, and I will be the first to apologize. It was indeed a brand new TV and in excellent beyond perfect condition, as advertised. And although shopping here may have given me the BEST price on the internet, I would consider shopping somewhere else due to the lousy customer service and strict store policies which caused me to rip my hair out all week.

If you have extra hair to rip out being worried, or none to rip out at all, getting a good deal here is for you, and more than likely you will be satisfied with your experience if you are 100% sure you will keep this product when you buy it.

If you are like me and worry a lot, you can try shopping here, but I would consider paying the extra $100 to buy from a store you trust more like BestBuy.

Over all a positive experience in the end.
