Your payment system was apparently set up by someone interested in extracting as much frustration as possible. I have paid for countless items on line, this is not a new exercise for me. When trying to pay I was asked for my billing address, shipping address and phone several times when once should have been enough.
Do you think there are enough prompts to use PayPal? Why not add several more? "
"Great customer service, I had some doubts about my purchase, but I call the customer service and they person that took my call was great and answered all my questions. They have Paypal Pay and you can do payments on it, I wish they offer Affirm, but is asking a little too much probably. "
"I was pleased that support responded to my email quickly (within a day). I was disappointed that they could not offer more help. The battery was defective and ballooned to the point that it cracked open the bottom cover panel of the laptop. They only thing support did for me was to recommend buying a replacement battery. I like the mag-15 laptop design and performance, but after this experience, I will likely not purchase another. I've never had this happen to me with any other laptops I have purchased, ever."
