"I spent $1700 for good spec'd out laptop, I thought I was buying something special for this kind of money. WRONG!
I rarely game, it never leaves my living room table, it has been very well taken care of (owned by 62 yr old). So far since buying this, my keyboard light died (sent it in for repair), then my screen fell out (luckily I had paid for extended warranty, sent in for repair) Just got it back and screen fell out the same day! I called and demanded a replacement machine, company said "NO" Not $1700 quality at all! Terrible customer support!
Screen is only held in place via 2-sided tape! Amazon should not sell these! Amazon, please remove them as a seller. GARBAGE!

I appreciated the simplicity of the site, the clarity of the product information (the listing of TGPs for 30-series GPUs in particular), and the lack of push to immediately extend the warranty. The quote was also lower than a similar Tongfang barebones from XMG.
That said, I do wish that more options were available for storage. The Samsung P991 is a fine component, but I'll likely replace it immediately with a Sabrent Rocket, and being able to do that on purchase and save some money would be nice. Other VARs - such as Sager - tend to offer more customizability in storage and RAM, and customizability and service are what truly set VARs apart."

The first one was good, had one hiccup in 18 months. The next one has been really good and only has a minor flaw in the LCD with showed up just outside the warranty period.
