"I began an online search for a new laptop after the crash of my old unit. I saw how highly rated Eluktronics was on Amazon and decided to investigate.

They had a model that fit my rather specific needs, but I had some questions. I saw they had a US phone number and decided to give it a try. A very helpful man named Tom answered the phone after just a couple of rings. He was interested in my needs and was able to answer most of my questions. He needed to research one of my queries and put me on a short hold and came back with the answer.

He said he could overnight it if I called him back by 2pm. I called back to place the order and again Tom was there to help me.

The laptop was received the next day, well packaged and exactly as described. I was pleased it wasn't loaded with bloatware and had everything I needed to restore my system.

I'm impressed that they commit to being my support during the warranty period.
