So I emailed Eluktronics with my request to upgrade. I received an automatic response stating that they received my request. Thirty minutes later they called me and guided me through the process for upgrading my Operating System on their website. I was excited to see a custom purchase order with my name on it. I loved the personal touch they provided with the incredibly fast service. I don't even have my laptop yet, but I am so happy about my purchase."
