I called again in November to order the item and surprisingly was greeted over the phone by Walter again. Like on the previous call, Walter was very helpful and he took care of my needs. I hope the delivery service will be 5-star like the customer service provided to me by Walter today. "

"My name is William. My wife and I have been looking for new pieces to add to our living room. We have gone to numerous brick and mortar furniture stores near us. The attention that we received at all of them can only be classified as "customer dis-service". Actually, disrespect is what we received. We were treated as if the staff in the stores were doing us a favor, in allowing us into their stores. On top of this, the add on fees piled up and almost doubled the prices that we first were quoted. A loveseat that had a price tag on it of $900.00 became an invoice of $1700.00. All of this, and the loveseat would be delivered to the curb in front of our driveway. WOW. How fortunate were we? ...... Actually, we were very fortunate. That brick and mortar store, sharing the name of a woman, beginning with the first letter of the English alphabet, could not complete our order as their computer WiFi in the building went down. Maybe it was "divine intervention", but whatever it was, I thank everything holy in this land. This is where your company comes into the picture. I took the names of the pieces that we decided on, and began looking for them elsewhere. I "GOOGLED" them. Your site came up as the fourth option. As I know that Google gets paid to list certain sites as the top three, I usually start at number 4. Thank you Jesus for my neurotic nature and behavioral traits, because YOU GUYS ROCK. Your website was a breeze to navigate. I found exactly what we already decided on and placed them into my cart. Here is where it gets a little squirrely. I attempted to check out three times. Every time I entered my credit card expiration date information, I was kicked back to the beginning of my cart. Frustrated and getting annoyed, I called the phone number listed on the website. It being a 212 exchange, and me being from N.Y., I assumed the worst and hoped for the best. Low and behold, a person answered the line. A real, living, breathing human being on the other end of the line. Not a recording asking me to first choose #2 if I want English, after listening to a dissertation in another language about #1. A voice stated, " Hello, my name is Walter. How can I assist you?" I paused to see if it was going to be artificial intelligence and it would then disconnect the call after a few seconds. But wait, .... thats not what happened. The voice once again spoke. "Hello, are you there?" "I am", I replied. Then I began to explain the situation. Walter stated, "No problem. Let me help you with that", and then he did just that. A customer service representative that actually wanted to, and did, help me. Unheard of you say. Believe me, I was taken back too. Then Walter asked, "Will the delivery be to the first floor? There is no charge for white glove delivery." Ummmmm, WHAT? Really? I was shocked again. So the amount to be charged to my credit card is actually the price for the furniture? No. It can't be, you are saying. But it is the God's honest truth. Call Walter if you need help. If you get someone else, and if Walter is an example of the customer service representative's at this company, then fear NOT. You WILL be treated as a CUSTOMER should. Unbelievable you say. Trust me. I wouldn't believe it either if it didn't happen to me. "

"This was one of the best online purchasing experiences I've had. My agent Ariana was really helpful. She found what I needed, verified stock, answered all my questions and processed the transaction for me. We've been looking for furniture for months and this was way more efficient and pleasant that stumbling around high-end furniture stores all over town with salesclerks that would rather be somewhere else. In contrast, this experience was rather delightful. I handled everything via chat with Ariana.
