"I ordered bedroom furniture on 2/7/2022. Within the first month or so I get a notification that my order will be processed Sept 7, 2022 with a 4 to 6 week wait. I'm like it's paid for, I like it, I'm not moving so I'll wait. I get notifications reminding me that it will be Sept 7th every so often. I'm patient. Today, 7/22/2022 I get an email and text informing me the price has gone up $273 dollars. I'm sorry totally unacceptable. On the one hand I'm like I'm sure it has in 5 months but it was paid in full in February. Had you delivered it even 90 days later, would the price have gone up then? Not that hooked on stuff. I just cant do business with a company that nicely inconveniences you for over 5 months and then says pay it or cancel. You can sell it to someone else. "

"I ordered a sectional, and was notified by my landlord shortly after that it would not fit into the apartment. I requested cancellation within 3 hours of purchase - they have a 24 hour cancellation policy so you would think it would be an easy process. But I spoke to 4 different people and all of them either sent me to someone else or simply did not respond to my emails or calls, and they keep sending me to sales reps - I don't want to be sold anything, all you have to do is cancel the order!!! At this point I'm just going to have to file a dispute on my credit card because this is ridiculous. Never should have trusted them with my money to begin with. "

"I researched an item on line and after reading reviews and worrying about being a victim of fraud i went with what i thought was a reliable and reputable company (Emma Mason). I understand the issue with Covid and i was willing to wait for shipment and deliver. Well the item ahs been at the local warehouse for over a month and i was promised it would be a matter of days not months before delivery was made. I have been in correspondence with Emma Mason and was given a delivery date out of the blue without any coordination. I explained that that date was not going to work since i was only give 2 days notice and I had other obligations. The "supposedly" coordinated for Delivery on May 2nd and after waiting around all day I was told that the delivery would happen sometime during the week. I was able to finally get a hold of the delivery company and they stated that unless they contact me it wasn't going to be delivered. After numerous phone calls and being ignored by Emma Mason the delivery company (not Emma Mason) arranged for delivery on May 4th. Needless to say the delivery vehicle "broke down" and i might get delivery on May 5th. I was going to to purchase a 20,000 bedroom set from them but I'll be dammed if I ever purchase anything from Emma Mason online or at their store. The worst customer service experience of my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
"I ordered from a company online (Bedroomfurniturediscounts.com)that sells Emma Mason furniture. The online order process was quick and easy and I think they were the lowest cost for this furniture. I looked in living spaces I think it was and a couple of other online places and I saved a couple hundred dollars by shopping at Bedroom Furniture Discounts.
The process was a little frustrating after I ordered but I honestly believe it was due to the backlog in products due to the pandemic. I had a rep named Tiffy that helped me through out the process and she would let me know every couple of weeks what was going on with the delay. I appreciated this. When the order was finally received about 5 months after I placed it, I received an email from a sales person asking me if I wanted to pay extra for a better delivery service. I originally paid for white glove delivery but the sales person said they will not set up anything and just leave it in the packaging. I told them it needs to at least be put in the bedroom. The sales person was rude and had a bad attitude but Tiffy stepped in and let me know they would put the furniture in my bedroom with no issues. The delivery happened just as Tiffy explained. I received everything in good condition and am happy with the purchase.
