I considered cancelling at one point but Nadir encouraged me to wait and it was delivered a few weeks late….and I am so happy he did because the set is absolutely beautiful. Although we were disappointed with the length of time and back and forth that it took to get the product (I am still waiting on one piece) I am happy with the buffet we received. Emma Mason does tell you that the time is shorter than it really is.....BUT JAY was good and kind and always answered our questions and helped as much as he could. I completely understand that JAY could not hurry the along the actual furniture. Then the furniture was damaged, but they fixed it quickly and still delivered it quickly. Just be ready to wait if you order from them....but the price was right and the customer service was Super....Nancy

"Delivery was smooth! The whole process from start to finish was excellent. Honestly I was a little skeptical when I saw the difference in prices, I was expecting a canceled order or lesser quality items, so the next day order confirmation was nice. I worked with Jay throughout the process and I was kept in the loop every step of the way. I was impressed that what was said to happen next actually happened. The delivery company was a little slow getting the order to us, they had it for a bit longer than I anticipated, but we still received the order within the given 4-6 week time frame.
The furniture was exactly as you would expect to receive from a show room. The quality and price can’t be beat. I appreciate what you are doing! Your customer service is excellent and I feel confident if anything had been wrong, it would be taken care of quickly and efficiently.

I reached out to Emma Mason, and Mobi was assigned to help me get the repair. Mobi was great! He contacted the delivery firm, and they scheduled a repair tech within the next week. The repair technician also did a fabulous job...he was prompt, and made the necessary repair quickly. Overall a great experience! I will definitely shop with Emma Mason again!"
