We found the couch elsewhere but ended up buying from Bedroom Furniture due to the lower cost. When the couch arrived it was exactly what we wanted and was expertly installed in the living room. Which is great

Unfortunately the order was greatly delayed due to shipping concerns. The delay ended up being over 6 months. Which is less great.

The only reason I am not rating this lower due to the extreme delay was due to the constant support and feedback from their delivery manager Mobi. If I could rate her services individually I would give it 5+ stars."

"After almost 5 months (delay due to cargo containers backlogged from overseas which everyone has experienced), our A.R.T. furniture finally arrived today. The company representatives, Tiffany Tan and Gary were excellent about updating us as delivery kept slipping. Today, the 2 delivery men were very professional and expedient in assembling our bed and placing each item carefully into the exact spot I wanted them. They had to maneuver a bit in assembling the bed and didn't complain at all. I can honestly say the dresser top was stunning with a high gloss finish that doesn't appear in the on-line photos. Although I would like to have seen cedar lining in all drawers versus just the bottom drawers, this was fine. The quality of the furniture matches the descriptions given. The secret drawer enclosures in the nightstands and dresser were a nice touch."

I have been told 5 different dates that I would receive it .No one in customer service knows what they are talking about. First they told me my table was in then someone emailed me and told me it would not be in until Septtenber ! Then they told me the six chairs were not in! When I ordered in June they told me my set was in stock to be delivered in 30 days.. You can't talk to the owner Lenny because he is never available or so his lackies say! I should have never paid them. NowI'm sure I'm out 1500.00. Do not buy from them!"

"I was weary of buying bedroom furniture online without seeing it in person and I hadn’t heard of this store. But I used the live chat and Ariana answered all my questions and assured me I would have it by the date I needed it. Sure enough it did and it was perfect! The white glove delivery is awesome! The delivery men took it right in my bedroom and set it up. My only complaint was the delivery guys left dirty grimy fingerprints all over my brand new white furniture...but they wiped right off with a damp rag no problem.
