Lucky me, the representative, Sean, I got went above and beyond, actually calling me back two times instead of my holding on. I got the order placed, he even left notes of a “had to be received date” it. Definitely 5* service and followed up the next day to confirm my sale order went through. Thank you Sean. Service like you gave me is rare and very appreciated as we really needed a bed as ours was broken by movers."
"Other than an unexpectedly long timeline (due to pandemic reasons and yet not as long as we'd been looking for the right dining set), everything was great! The communications from Nadir and others kept updating us along the way. We were even given an option to cancel after about 4 months, but this was THE set for us. It arrived today and was set in place by the delivery team and everything looks great and is the capstone of our remodel. Good value, service and product. We are both really glad we did not cancel as our patience has been rewarded."

"Just want to share how incredibly scammy the experience I had with this company was. I ordered 6 dining room chairs online. When I ordered the customer service agent I was speaking g to on their chat told me they had them in stock and ready to ship. Two weeks later I called to check on shipping update since I had not seen any updates. They asked me if anyone had reached out to me about the price. I told them no. The person on the phone then informed me that the price I purchased it at was and I quote, “not profitable” and it would cost me $400 more. Tbh, it’s not even about the money, It’s the principle. This is literally an illegal practice. You are not legally allowed to post a price, accept payment, and then come back and demand more money. When I o formed them of this they told me they would have someone call me back. Now via email they are trying to say the chairs were not in stock and that they will be cancelling my order. Clearly someone messed up their pricing online and rather than making it right, they are being SHADY. I would NOT waste your time with a company that operates this way. I am absolutely appalled and will be filing a complaint with the BBB and FTC. I doubt anything will come of it, but again, it’s about principles and clearly this company does not have them. "
"Suzanne Kleinschmidt (store owner) refuses to address customer concerns at her store. If the manager doesn't take care of her customers, why would we expect anything else from her employees. Ordered a bedroom set that was supposed to be here by May. I still have yet to receive ANY piece of the set. I've talked with 3 separate success managers all who have assured me they will keep in touch. However if I want an update-or to hear a knew date I have to wait till I have to reach out. I reached out to the store manager and HR to see if they could help and it's been radio silence. I'm refurnishing an entire home so I've been dealing with a lot of furniture companies. This company is a joke. They don't care about their customers and I wouldn't suggest them to my worst enemy. Such a horrible example of customer service.
