Long lead time but great CS

"Delivery from the time I placed the order took much longer than expected. I was on a tight timeline to receive it before the holidays and D Richsen made it happen. Delivery was great and the furniture has far exceeded my expectation!"

BEWARE of WHO YOU ARE DOING BUSINESS WITH - DO YOUR RESEARCH AND READ ALL REVIEWS ONLINE!!!!!!!!!

"I ordered and paid for a bed frame from Emma Mason for $3,516.65. Their own Delivery Crew came to deliver it. They dropped the bedrails. They drug the frame across the lip on the back of the truck and then said it could not be delivered inside my home. They said they would damage the bed further and put holes in my walls and I would need to sign a damage waiver before they went any further. I did not sign the waiver and they left. I called Emma Mason they will not refund my money. I have NO MERCHANDISE!!!!!"

Not impressed

"Ordered a table that had a delivery time of 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks of no communication on status, I reached out only to have slow responses and lack of follow up when told I would have follow up. Poor customer service with a ‘tracking system’ that I’m surprised even meets that definition. "
