We went to cancel the order 1 week after we placed the initial order and the lady on the phone promised us if we didn’t , 2-3 weeks given I was able to have it shipped quicker with another company. We stayed with the order. It took 8 weeks to arrive and the delivery driver was like a bull in a china store in my home. Do not recommended using this company. Buy the same product elsewhere "

I really appreciated this, as I knew it was on backorder and as I had to change my order midway through, I know that created some additional delays. I also appreciated Nadir’s guidance on What to expect with the delivery process, and in particular to be extremely careful in examining the furniture before accepting it from the shipping company.
