I have to say that this time the picture of the products I ordered was a little misleading and after receiving the order I went back to check the description. When I first looked at the flowering tea item it looked as though the tea pot was included in the price and that is what I thought I was purchasing. After reviewing the description I realized that the pot was sold separately. This is my mistake but could be a little clearer in the description as well."
"The chocolate arrived melted, but that was my fault (I stuck with the Economy delivery option). I immediately threw the items into the freezer for about an hour. And the chocolate was as good as ever. The Cadbury buttons were completely stuck together, though. Lol. You couldn't break them apart. Lol. But even though they had melted... After sticking them in the freezer, you could still make out all the buttons. I thought that was pretty neat, actually. Being able to see the button-shapes, even though they were melted and then frozen completely together. Hahaha. And the Kinder bars were HEAVENLY. Milk chocolate and white chocolate TOGETHER... What could be better?! So my experience was pretty good :)

"I ordered a tea pot on line for my wifes birthday, and was later told through email that it was out of stock. I then called and asked for a replacement pot and the lady on line checked and said that she found one "in stock" that I could order. I later learned it too was out of stock and was offered a third choice which finally arrived two weeks after the birthday. Seems that inventory is not a priority at English Tea Store. It would be simple matter to set up your computer so that as orders were filled the inventory would reflect what was available.
And finally your web page for filling out brief survey is flawed in that it erases your comments when you try to scroll down to the "send review" button.

"The English Tea Store is the best online tea store. The store provides a wide variety of GOOD teas. Everything is easy from ordering to receiving your order. Not to mention, that I enjoy the decaf tea immensely! You do have to let it steep for a full bodied flavor that does resemble a non decaf tea. I have stomach trouble and I enjoy hot tea frequently during the winter months. This tea provides an option I was unable to have due to my stomach issues. Highly recommend! I have my daughter drinking it now! She loves it as well. We both will be customers of the English Tea Store. "
