I've also purchased other items and have delighted a number of friends and family with gifts of tea, teapots, mugs, etc., from English Tea Store. (My bosses are now hooked on Lady Londonderry tea, so I make sure to get them some whenever I place an order.) When I recommend tea websites, I always have English Tea Store at the top of the list!"
"English Tea Store is great. But I am disapointed with my last order. The price on the camomile tea bags (50 count) went up in price by about $2.00 and the tea bg size went down by about 50%. I haven't looked at the peppermint tea bags yet (price didn't change in them). I will probably still order form English Tea Store because the quality is superior. Thank you"

Also, the handle on the lid of the tea for one I ordered broke off in shipping. I glued it back on.

"The product looks good and the price is right, but the packaging was terrible, the item I bought was therefore broken, it cost me more to return the item than it did to buy it, there was no mention of reimbursement for my 7$ shipping cost and a week after I received a redelivery confirmation I still have no gift for my husband whose birthday was a week ago. How is shipment faster on ordering than on redelivery of an item the company failed to get right? I get that it's not Amazon, but the customer service I have experienced has been shocking.
***I have since been contacted by English Tea Store and reimbursed for my return shipping. A new, perfect tea pot did arrive later the same day. I did use the contact email provided on the website to let them know that I was returning my order and why, but I never received a reply and was later told that the company was unaware that the teapot had broken during shipping and thought that it had broken on return shipping. So, my advice is to use the customer service phone number printed on the return slip just to be sure."
