I placed an order for the Goosebumps TV Series Slappy the Dummy Prop Replica. It said it would ship in September 2017. Here it is, the end of October 2017 and I am being told NOW it will not ship until November 2017. I want to cancel my order and have a 100% FULL REFUND since they are not fulfilling their promise. The customer service has been HORRIBLE. I originally wanted a credit for the delay, but it is excuse after excuse. So I decided to cancel my order and take business elsewhere. The service agent on the chat named 'Donald' claims he canceled my order. Yet, no email confirmation went through. He then is trying to get all sorts of information. I just want my order canceled and to be done with this dishonest company with all their false advertising!"
"I am collector, artist, gallery owner... and let's not forget to add.... a NERD of the highest form. I have been taken by science fiction, fantasy, action.... and just about every form of entertainment out there from yesterday and today. That stated, as a kid watching the Starship Enterprise fly by on the TV screen,..or as a teen (in 1977) watching a Star Destroyer creep over me on a huge silver screen in the beginning of Star Wars,.. all of the things I witnessed (and wanted to play with) from these greats were simply not being reproduced to actually collect in the way I had envisioned back then. Now... enter the age we are currently in and suddenly everything we can think of is made with accuracy and awesomeness! It is FANTASTIC!... With emphasis on the FAN part of that word!
Years ago, when I found my way to Entertainment Earth, I was again taken by the collective items Jason Labowitz had assembled for us all to choose from. A fellow geek made good! (No offense Jason, but you know it is true..lol). That great assembly of items continues today, on an even greater scale with Entertainment Earth's offerings. I am floored with the amount of items to choose from. My wish list there is HUGE, as are my order of upcoming items! That itself should be enough, but it is not the only thing Entertainment Earth gives you. They also give you world class service, taking care of your orders with great communication and efforts to get them to you quickly. They don't even charge your credit card until an item ships! I cannot say that for other collectible stores I have encountered. Because so, I will no longer purchase direct from some of the company's that make the product I want. You know what I am typing of.... the company's that take pre-order money, leaving you with a year's worth of time before you actually receive the item you paid for. Entertainment Earth takes that frustration off the table by not charging you until the item ships. Then there are the Entertainment Earth employees... who treat you like gold! They actually want you to enjoy the products you purchase, and make sure your order is what you wanted. And if there is a snafu from the product maker, they let you know.
Entertainment Earth is exactly what it states in it's name. And they are so with quality and professionalism. I thank them.
