It's super easy to order from them via net and over the phone, easy to track your orders online, the invoices received with your product are great for tracking and their customer service team has always been great answering the phone timely and resolving any damages with shipping with out any headaches. Every customer service person Ive worked with is super nice and knowledgable about toys. Working with Donald today prompted me write a review. Damage from shipping resolved immediately on a pre-order where instructions return were sent over via email while chatting on the phone. What I enjoyed most was chatting him up about our love for Skeletor and 80's toys. If you have not tried EE as your main provider for toy I highly recommend giving them a shot. "

Before I begin I would just like to say that I kind of ramble and sometimes it’s hard to understand what I’m saying so I do apologize but I just felt that this needed to be said. I’ve been ordering from entertainment earth for about 10 years and I haven’t once been let down by your company. What I mean to say is that through the ordering process to the actual delivery I have never once been dissatisfied with the product that you sell or the customer service that you provide. On occasion I would need to call customer service for help with my orders and Donald Tapia was always there to provide the best customer service that I’ve ever seen. For example he seems to always be cheerful whether or not I’m placing an order or canceling one. I remember when the coronavirus had started and the stay at home order was in effect he was still there to provide service for me. I’ve had issues with credit card declining and he was always there to correct it. He’s also giving me good suggestions on Ways to work with the ordering process to alleviate stress on my part. He is also informed me with new products that have come in that he thought that I might like. Overall this good-natured man I feel represents entertainment earth in the best form and makes EE shine. I think it should be said that Donald is a model employee and I’m sure his coworkers emulate. To Donald I can’t thank him enough for always being there to help me with my ordering needs and his all-around good nature. "First let me say that Entertainment Earth has a great customer service team in general. Today I had an aamazing experience with a rep named Donald Tapia. I placed an order and left out an item. I called and the call reached Donald who immediately took charge of my problem and solved it. He was not able to correct the order when I called, so he told me to call back in a few hours when my order would be posted in the EE system. I called back and Donald immediately remembered me and corrected the order. Donal was friendly, helpful and interested in helping me, he is a credit to the EE customer service department. management should take not of this great member of their team and acknowledge him and reward him for his excellent skills and service."
"Terrible shipping practices. Call after call, e mail after e mail, no one has ever taken the time to research where my package is. It has been 2 weeks since I placed the order and I have yet to receive it. Most likely it is lost, however; they refuse to do the research. Turns out they do not ship through UPS or USPS. They use a 3rd party shipping source. Most likely they went the cheap route because they offered free shipping. I could have ordered this from many different sources and would have received it by now. "
