"This review is for the "wholesale" part of the company. EEDistribution is not really a wholesale company, their "wholesale" prices are high and not really wholesale prices and their shipping (especially international) is ridiculously expensive. Their account reps are quick to respond to emails when you place an order but once the items turn up damaged and you try to make a claim they are slow to respond and obtuse, a 5% refund for unsellable items, what a joke. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company at all costs. If I could give a negative score I would."

They also do free shipping which a lot of places do not. It also makes me happy to know that the people there are actual collectors themselves to.All in all entertainment earth has always done good by me and I will always continue to get from them in the future. "I have been doing business with those company on the wholesale side for about two years. The other day, the company shipped 10 small cases of figures INDIVIDUALLY instead of consolidating the shipment into one or two boxes. As a result, not only did I overpay significantly on shipping charges, but one case arrived damaged with a hole in the case and damage to its contents. After filing a claim, I got the big run around from both my "representative" and the entire company. Shipping had the nerve to repeatedly lie and claim that they did not consolidate on cases, which were only about 12 x 12 x 12 in size. I know this to be a bunch of BS because I had already received numerous cases that were consolidated/shipped in a single larger box. Not only would this have been much less expensive for me, but the double boxing would likely have prevented all damage. EE refused to admit their mistakes and take responsibility for their actions. They just gave me the same old "song and dance", which was simply a smoke screen. Customer service? Forget about it! It's all about keeping them happy and screw their customers!"

"My recent purchase is another disappointment.
I live in New Zealand, and had paid USD$130 on shipping alone just to get these shipped from Entertainment Earth . The shipped me the incorrect products and then advise me of a clause that "Products are subject to change without notice." That was the end of it, no effort to right the wrong. This leave a bad taste of dealing with this company.
A real disappointment. I watched the Anniversary You tube videos by the founders and was encouraged by their passion and philosophy. Experience of dealing with them has left a sour taste. 1st Order, place 3 items and received 3 separate boxes and was charge freight 3 times.
The freight was more that the cost of the items. I told them that this is not acceptable and conceded that I was not clear in my request to have this consolidated. 2nd Order, Placed 5 items, was very specific and asked for these to be "shipped together and I don't want to pay for multiple freight." Items arrived in 5 separate boxes, I had to pay multiple freight charges. USD$46.80 to ship across the state. I raised the issue but they they would not address this. I am told I did not request consolidation. The word's "Please shipped together I do not want to pay multiple freight" does not have the same meaning as "Please consolidate my shipment". Further more, items arrived damaged, several of the bubble on the hot Wheels vehicles was cracked.
I thought you were collectors and enthusiasts and understood our passion.
I am not angry , just disappointed. "
"I love entertainment earth and recently had a problem with an order and a man Named Donald Tapia I think I'm spelling his name wrong so I'm sorry, but back to the story he was kind and understanding and listened to my issue and went far beyond his job duty to make it right, spent almost an hour on the phone with me so we could get it all straight, then found the sold out item I was missing and had it shipped to me free of charge. I was floored at what he did and how much time he spent trying to make it write. YOU HAVE EARNED A LIFELING CUSTOMER. THANKYOU.
