"After ordering my item, they didn't ship it out within the processing time they promised, they then couldn't cancel it even though it hadn't shipped yet and here I sit typing a negative review because my item still hasn't been shipped and I'm rolling onto a fourth day that they still haven't shipped my item. That being a business day, because if we add the weekend you would also know that they still haven't shipped my damned product or even prepared it for shipping which most companies do.
I recommend going to otakumode.com, where you can get your product cheaper, because apparently had I gone to their website i would've saved 12$, by the way it does include shipping. So, I would've paid 74$ instead of the 86$ I spent.
Their customer support promised it'd be shipped out today, which I still think is a lie, because it would've been shipped out by 10am, like they had mentioned and that I now have to wait for about 24-48 hours just 'cause apparently it takes an automated system that long to send it thought."
"First, and foremost: YOUR REP COULD CARE LESS ABOUT YOU.
They're basically Millennials doing a side job for discounts or college credits. They could really care less about their jobs & it shows. You can literally, hear it in their voices. They also tend to laugh at you, especially when you've got a legitimate case.
They basically charge you nearly full price. Over charge you for shipping. Send you dusty & moldy goods;
Pack your items to ONE SIDE of the box & load up the air pillows to the other, pretty much guaranteeing damage.
You'll get 50%-80% damaged goods 60% of the time, only to be told by some kid half your age: "That's how retail is". Pfft.....
They pick through the best of their own shipments then, offer THEIR retail customers "Mint Condition". Whilst schlupping their damaged goods off to their Wholesale Customers.
Brilliant, but sketchy TO THE MAX. BEWARE.
They're like a used record store: There's a specified LIMIT to how much of a refund you're going to get for damaged items.
Usually, a total of $48. No matter if your order was $100 or $1000. They completely screw you!
No matter if THEY'VE sent out your items already damaged, indicated by INNER box damage, but no OUTER box damage.
They KNOWINGLY send this stuff out to you, because they know they're not going to give anything back anyway.
And again: YOUR REP COULD CARE LESS.
So, Wholesalers Beware!

"I was urged to preorder from sales rep Paul Brushey in my "Orientation," but I pre-ordered items for August, and it got pushed back every month, and now it is expected to come in February. I asked to cancel and now they want to charge me 15 percent "restock" fee that is just a blatant lie they never even placed my order to the manufacturer. DO NOT BUY THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU. "The always enthusiastic Donald Tapia ended up helping us checkout at both NYCC and SDCC 2019. Both times he was patient and inviting with us given the long wait times in line we had it was a breath of fresh air to see Donalds smile and energy. He was very knowledgeable of the company and suggested we check out the online store to order more products in the same geeky fandom we seemed to like. The entire staff at the cons Rock and work really hard to keep the crowds well. Thank you Entertainment Earth."

"EE Distribution (their wholesale branch) is really difficult to work with. Their reps simply don't care, their website is ancient and inefficient, and their internal processes are very manual. Terrible value as well. They charge almost retail price."
"After purchasing a item from entertainment earth the item was sent to the wrong address then returned to sender, after 10+ calls to USPS and Entertainment Earth I was informed that the package was sent to an old address and I would have to pay to have it shipped again and if i decide I want a refund it would not include the shipping I had already paid. "Entertainment Earth lacks transparency, nickels-and-dimes its wholesale customers for everything, ESPECIALLY with shipping costs, has extremely poor customer service, and does not represent companies (like Hasbro, Funko, etc.), well. They will not honor refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged products (they blame both issues on USPS services (USPS is not responsible for nor the cause of manufacturer defects. Entertainment Earth Account Rep’s (Gilad E.) Response: “I tried to explain that the claims you are filing are for product issues, not shipping issues. However, management explained that we do not ship direct with USPS, so claims are never available for products shipped using this method.”), unless you upgrade to FedEx/UPS, then, I was advised, they MIGHT honor refunds or exchanges).
