"I received 3 shipments in a row where the case was clearly smashed before shipping, all figures inside were smashed, they refused to refund or exchange. They pick out the damaged cases from the pallets they receive and send them to their wholesale customers. The reason they gave me was the product was still in a sellable condition,,,, BAD BUISINESS "

I recently made an order from Entertainment Earth, and then immediately tried to cancel, they canceled most of my order except for two $10 pops, after shipping the cost came up to $130! On top of that I also have to pay the import fees which will be around another $50! I was confused and frustrated so I tried emailing them to cancel the order. However they refused & now I’m stuck paying $180 for $20 worth of Funko pops... Super disappointing!
They tried to play it off and say it’s because they don’t respond to emails urgently, and said I should have used the “cancel tool” on the order page, which I did in fact do and when I told them that I had, they emailed me back saying they can’t get back to me for another 5 business days because they’re busy even though we were already going back and forth with minutes in between! Shortly after they emailed me saying my order has been shipped and I can track the order. HORRIBLE customer service!

"I ordered inventory from the wholesale dep. Upon trying to cancel the order immediately after cancellation they said there would be a 15 percent restocking fee. This amounted to $2300 for the wholesale order I placed. The inventory was not even pulled from the shelf. There was fine print on the multiple documents that I signed that said that there is a 15% restocking fee. I admit I did not see the fine print.
This is however a predatory business practice that makes no sense at all. I was penalized for an order cancellation even though they did not even process my order. Very unfair.
My account rep was unaccommodating even when I offered to order other inventory and take an account credit.

"I have had a EE account for a while but just recently placed an order. My items was on back order and I have no issues with that. My issues with EE is that I do not believe they are the best choice for east coast retailers. They have a awesome selection but due to the very slim margins and really expensive shipping if you are doing most of your business via marketplace, you may be operating at a lost. Otherwise very good selection and a extremely helpful staff."

"As I often do, I pre ordered an item from Entertainment Earth and had it shipped to my house. This most recent order had a hiccup: The USPS delivered my package to the wrong address. And then the USPS "ghosted" me. I was both frustrated and worried. But hey, NO WORRIES. EE consultant Donald Tapia answered the phone and put my worries and frustrations to rest quickly. Entertainment Earth picked up where the USPS fumbled, and Donald was the employee who rose up and handled the business in a quick, convenient and professional way. Thanks EE.

"I ordered an item on back order. It was a really popular item, so I was fine waiting. About a year, but honestly it was a new item and the wait on any other site was just as long or longer.
The problem is, during the past year my credit card was stolen, I was issued a new one, and completely forgot to try and get in contact with EE to update the info. Now it’s time to bill me and ship the item. I’m getting three emails over three days that my order will be canceled because the card won’t go through. NOWHERE on the site does it allow you to update the card on file. The site let me remove the old card, but there’s no way to add a new one. I’ve sent three emails asking how I can update my card and no response. But I keep getting the email that threatens to cancel my order. Order date was 2/22/2020 but drop down won’t let me choose a date older than July

"There are many toy companies to choose from who supply latest and greatest, which I've ordered from them all over the years, and have found EE is one at the top of the chart. It's super easy to order from them via net and over the phone, easy to track your orders online, the invoices received with your product are great for tracking and their customer service team has always been great answering the phone timely and resolving any damages with shipping with out any headaches. Every customer service person Ive worked with is super nice and knowledgable about toys. Working with Donald today prompted me write a review. Damage from shipping resolved immediately on a pre-order where instructions return were sent over via email while chatting on the phone. What I enjoyed most was chatting him up about our love for Skeletor and 80's toys. If you have not tried EE as your main provider for toy I highly recommend giving them a shot. "
