"I placed and order back in October 2010. I ordered 6 pet holiday crunch cards and a car harness for my daughters dog. At the time I placed my order the crunch cards were on sale. I contacted the company right after I submitted my order as I needed to change the size of the harness. The person checked the stock and told me they had one in stock the size I needed. By November I still had not received my order and I contacted the company. They no longer had that harness I wanted and offered me another type/brand. I did not want anything different so I canceled the harness. Price I was charged for the harness was $25.99 and "Dave" credited my card for $14.11 on Dec.3rd. The cost of the crunch cards had gone up since I placed my order on October 25th and he used the current cost of the crunch cards and credited me back the difference. I had to contact my credit card company to dispute this charge and my credit card credited me immediately. I would not recommend this company to anyone. I ended up getting the harness I wanted for $8 less on Amazon!"

"VERY VERY unhappy! stay away from this company! the first time i ordered from them it was ok. the second time, bad! I ordered a gastrointestinal feline food for my cat...and they sent me dog food!!! read the damn order people! i have sent 3 emails. nothing. i will be calling their return phone number tomorrow and will most likely have to pay for shipping to return their mistake. thanks jerks. i will never order from you people again. i will just order from my vet. screw it! and from what some of the other reviewers on here said...i just hope i get my money back!

Update: they have since re-sent me the correct food and picked up the wrong food at no extra cost to me. thank you. However, i still recommend to the company to fire everyone at the Haywood CA warehouse that can not read!!! there was supposed to be a penny sample of catnip in the box and it wasn't. im not upset about the penny. im annoyed no one at that warehouse can just simply read the order and put the items in the box. thank you Tyler (cust.service rep). you did your best.

"Ordered Cortisoothe shampoo for my dog. The shipment arrived quickly however the expiration date on the bottle was w/i three months. Called Customer service. Hung up after 10 minutes. Called a few days later & held for another 10 minutes. Was told they had 10 bottles in stock all with the same expiration so they could not replace my shipment. Was told I could return it but would have to pay for the return shipping & intial shipping charge was not refundable. Dave, the CSR rep also told me that three months wasn't bad as they had customers who used a bottle a week-really? Would never order from them again."

"Overall Entirely Pets has done a great job with the few orders I've made. On the last one, I ordered an expensive dog training aid at a competitive price plus a discount from the store. I also paid extra for quick shipping and when I got the order sent them an e-mail because expedited shipping was not listed. They replied WITHIN 4 MINUTES and apologized that expedited shipping wasn't available for the size of the item I had ordered and gave me a refund. While that should have been noted prior to the order, they gave me good customer service. I would order more from them but they don't sell the cat food I buy."

"Warning: this company has pathetic customer service practices and it does NOT take responsibility for errors it makes!! I bought two 6 packs of Frontline Plus for Small Dogs in fall 2010. Used one entire box over a 6-month period then started on the second box in 2011. Four of the 6 vials were leaking medicine and were unusable. Called company. They said I "waited too long (March 2011) to file the complaint" about the defective product. I guess they expected me to check each vial of the 12 that were sent to make sure it would not be leaking and would be usable!! Well, I did not think I would have to be that untrusting of a product they sent. Finally, after several calls to customer service, I had one agent (supposedly someone with some authority) agree to replace the defective 6-pack. It never arrived. Called many times again. Mark said he didn't know what the mixup was but he would personally send out the replacement package and it would arrive in 4-5 days. That was WEEKS AGO!! Today now being told the "warehouse turned down the replacement request" because I placed the order in August 2010 and was filing a complaint about the leaking vials in 2011 (although no one ever cared to inform me of this decision). "Mark" was supposed to be taking care of the problem. He has NOT!! Today, another agent stated he will send me 4 vials to replace the leaking vials I had to throw away. We'll see if they ever arrive.
Customer service tried to place the blame on me, the customer, for not calling them right after the order arrived regarding the leaking vials. They fail to acknowledge the fact that I was assuming all 12 vials were intact and usable and did not ever imagine I was being sent an inferior, defective batch of medicine. They eventually acted like they would try to resolve the problem by replacing the defective vials and then they decided not to do so (without informing me!!). They MUST be kidding. I will NEVER do business with Entirely Pets.com again and warn customers as to what type of company they might be dealing with. Today I learned that this company has a D+ rating from the BBB and it has received countless complaints from dissatisfied customers!! Wish I had checked this company out before dealing with them. One would think they would want to build their customer base by being supportive, understanding, and willing to correct problems. This apparently is NOT the case!!!

"I've been a loyal customer for years, buying everything from joint supplements, flea prevention, toys, and dog bags (probably well over a thousand dollars). Their service was always prompt and I'd usually receive my order in just 2-3 days (with no special type of shipping). They also have weekly deals and discounts that you can take advantage of. I even recommended them to pet-owning friends.

They contacted me a week after placing my last order asking for an additional $45 in shipping to continue with the order. It's a product I've been ordering solely from them for years, and this order was actually much smaller than my last order (still over $100, even before the $25 I already paid in shipping). I understand if they must implement changes to not lose money through shipping, but it took them a week to even contact me about it, which doesn't match the level of customer service I expect from them. Because I've done so much business with them already and I've placed nearly identical orders with them requiring no additional charges, this change has ended my loyalty to them.

"It's only obvious majority of these complaints are from online competitors. The experience myself & others had w/ EntirelyPets were the complete opposite so lot of these postings r full of b.s! I LOVE EntirelyPets & will never allow myself to be misled by another online pet store again! I went to VetShop w/o researching first b/c their Frontline was slightly cheaper. Boy did I regret it. I finally got my product but like past customers stated in their complaints, their products are imitation bootlegs from other countries! "

"Company does not stand behind products. Wouldn't take a return on a product that stopped working within one week. When I insisted they said I could send it back, at my expense ($15) for store credit. They gave me a return authorization number, but didn't tell me I had to send it to a CA address that isn't provided on their website. I mailed this package 4 weeks ago, marked "ATTN: Returns. When I contacted them again they are telling me that I sent it to the wrong company address (it is their address, just not their RETURNS address). They have not offered any solutions, just told me "that is not our returns address." Worst CS I've ever experienced. Invested $15 more into getting a $118 store credit with a company that I don't want to deal with, and I have nothing in return but a migraine."

"I ordered Reptisun 5.0 uvb light and a Zilla Day Blue light for my turtles. Then after i put in the order i decided to check out some reviews from other buyers. Found this site and I was thinking "oh no, what did i do?". But the order was already completed. So I waited to see what happens. They sent an email saying all went through and the next day got a tracking number. In less than three days i received my package with all in tack. Very well shipped, very speedy, and awesome products. There are some bad reviews but that seems to be their problem and not even close to my personal account. Entirely Pets imo rocks and will do business again."

"Yep, white collar criminals all right. You've been warned. Waggin Tails, Entirely Pets, or Healthy Pets, they are all the same scam setup. My daughter screwed up and didn't check em out. Don't make the same mistake. "D" from the Better Business, RipoffReport has a small novel on them, and they're pretty consistently rated as low as possible here.

What they did this time:
Sold my daughter one thing, charged and shipped her for another, been making excuses for weeks. Wanta bet they'll try to charge her to return the thing? Ah well, that's what attorney generals are for. I'll need to block her debit card from these people if I can, who knows what they'll do next.

Who they are:
This is really based on a brick and mortar store in Union City Ca called Waggin Tails. They've just branched out into nation theft instead of keeping it local. It's all privately held, no last names used on phone calls or even voicemails, and a "call center" in Norfolk NE. Not that anybody will answer the phone at the "corporate office" anyway. Of course same story for all three company names. If you work hard enough you'll find out the HQ is in CA, although the call center will lie and tell you it's in NE. They'll also tell you they just ship from the closest warehouse. Right... I'm in Ill, and they shipped from CA instead of NE. Somebody in the call center needs to learn geography.

"I ordered allerpet on Fri. March 11th 2011 and I did pay for 2-3 day delivery, I have been told I would get it by the 16th, on th 16 I was told the shipping was wrong and I should get it by the 22nd, I have also been told that it is going to an international assress (it is not) I was told i would get a credt (I have not) was told I would get an e-mail regarding sending it out over nite (I have not got that either)

I wonder if I will even get my product at all



After many e-mails I did get my product and a full credit.

"PLACED AN ORDER THRU THE MAIL,RECEIVED CONFIRMATION AND SHIPPING INFO. UPON CHECKING THE STATUS OF THE ORDER I DISCOVERED IT WAS SHIPPED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. I CALLED WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL ORDER WAS RETURNED TO THEM. CHECK 3 DIFFERENT DAYS ON THE RESHIPMENT EACH DAY I WAS TOLD IT WAS RESHIPPED AND I WOULD RECEIVE AN E-MAIL WITH THE TRACKING INFO, WHICH WAS NOT TRUE IT WAS NEVER SHIPPED ON THOSE DAYS.
I FINALLY GOT A TRACKING # ON 3/15/11 WAS TOLD THEY WOULD SHIP IT SO I WOULD RECEIVE IT FASTER, BUT NOT TRUE AGAIN I WILL NOT GET IT NOW UNTIL 3/19/11. TO ME THIS IS VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND APPARENTLY THEY DON'T NEED MY BUSINESS.

"After reading all the horrible reviews, I had to add my own review. I normally check reviews before ordering by I went through Amazon and I trust them. I had no problem - delivery was timely and the price was right! Couldn't be happier and will definitely reorder from them. Have to remember, unhappy people report way more than happy ones do."
