Although their website implies they ship within 48 hours they didn't. They did answer an email, after two days, telling me item was back ordered and would ship out "early next week." I called, and after listening to their ads for a few minutes, a service rep came on and made another unfulfilled promise - that the item would be shipped out overnight priority mail, on Wednesday. (I'd actually paid extra for expedited shipping when I originally ordered - what a laugh)
Called again today, Wednesday, just to make sure I'd be getting it tomorrow. More of their ads and finally a rep who informed me it would be another week.
They STILL, as of this writing, have this item on their website like it's available!
I cancelled my order, explaining my reasons. Received no apology at all.
If you get burned at entirelypets know you were warned! There are way better places to do business."
"I ordered items very early Th. 1/27. It is a week later and the items have not even shipped, but they still charged my credit card on Mon. 1/31. I called on 1/1 and aFTER 45 minute wait of listening to their sales ad - one of which says they ship items out within 24 hours - was told they have no info because the warehouse was closed. They said they would send me an Email in the AM and make sure items were shipped. All I got was a generic message that items will ship within 24 hrs, but no notice status of my order.They were not helpful and and charged my credit card before shipping the items. I am not happy and will not order from them again. After reading other negative comments I sure hope I get the correct order and no outdated items."
"I tried Entirelypets.com based on a recommendation from a friend. Entirelypets.com pre-authoized my charge account twice, one for $162.49 and the other for $162.50. This caused two checks to bounce from my debit card with overdraft fee's of $40. I called them on 1/20/2011 knowing that it would cause an issue but they choose to do nothing. Unless this is resolved I will never buy from them again!"
"made an order and paid for priority mail---------they shipped it 1st class which made my order arrive late--------emailed them informing them of this-------they responded and said they would issue a $2.00 credit------after 3 weeks no credit was issued----emailed again informing them no credit was issued-----was told a credit would be immediately issued---1 week later---no credit has been issued.

i was contacted the very next day after this post----they refunded my Entire shipping----apologized---said they people evolved would be dealt with------said this is Not how they do business---i am pleased with the response!!!"
"I ordered canine ear cleaner that arrived with just 3 months before expiration. The manufacturer told me that they ship with greater than a year prior to expiration. Wonder what seller they buy from that had this just sitting around. Also, they have the larger size product for sale on the site and the manufacturer told me that they no longer make that product - wonder when it expired? I have repeatedly asked for confirmation that my refund will include any and all shipping charges and they continue to ignore my request. They also appear to do business until the name of Healthy Pets. I have asked for a prepaid return label and they keep sending postage due label - not what I requested and then, again, continue to ignore my request. Should have read this web site prior to ordering. This is only the first stop on the complaint train - next will be my credit card company if all charges are not refunded. Then BBB and I would think selling a product so close to expiration that the manufacturer questioned its use warrants a complaint the the federal agency monitoring animal care products. "I recently placed an order despite the poor reviews and was very pleasantly surprised to receive my package as ordered and on time. I definitely will do business with EntirelyPets.com again. I saved a lot of money and didn't mind waiting a few days to receive my order. Texas toothpicks that I could get locally for $19 were $12 at this website and shipping was free with an $85 purchase. Can't wait for my dogs to eat the wide variety of treats I ordered so I can buy some more! Thank you Entirely Pets!"
"I paid for expedited shipping and they gladly took my money for it but sent my items out via first class mail. Note: I did not contact them to get a refund because even with the slower shipping I did get the items just before I actually needed them and also because I ordered for someone else and I didn't want to go through the stress of dealing with them (Entirely Pets) for a few bucks."
"This website does not have any exchange policy at all. I bought a set of dog boots, and when i first put them on my dog, one of them ripped on the top. Obviously this is a defect, but when I contacted them, they seemed to not care and just tell me they do not accept any open items,and just to contact the manufacturer. They do not care about the quality of the product they sell at all, and about customer satisfaction! "
"I will never order from this site again. They sent along a gift with product that I had ordered. The gift nearly killed my dog. It was a "Bonie" which became lodged in her esophagus and required a surgery costing over $500.
The company offered to send me another Bonie...I could not believe that they were serious.

After publishing this review above, I got a call from a manager who was very accomodating. The next week, he sent me not only a carton of healthy dog treats but also a chewable vitamin supplement. I am not sure that this action would have been taken without this site, but I appreciated his gesture."
"I ordered Frontline for my cat on 8/8/10. I had to return it because my wife said we needed Frontline Plus. So I did that and also placed a replacement order. The nightmare came in trying to get my money back on the first order. First, they said they didn't get the return. Well, we lost the delivery confirmation receipt for awhile, but after we found it and supplied it to them, they gave me the run-around. On 11/12, 11/19, and 11/22 they made very specific and clear statements that they were giving me the credit, but it never happened. These statements were: crediting me and it should appear Tues or Wed of next week; will be applied in 10 minutes and will call back (never did); accounting person is crediting me as we speak. They were all lies. Finally, on 11/29, when I told them I was going to contact Discover, Buy.com (where I placed the original order that was filled by Entirely Pets), and ResellerRatings.com, the CSR suddenly said the credit was done. It sounded fishy, but it did come through. I got my money back, however Entirely Pets worked real hard in an attempt to keep it from me, so I'll never do business with them again and can't recommend others do business with them, either."
"Horrible customer service. I paid $2.00 extra for expedited shipping and the item was sent FedEx Ground and took a week. I was told it was too heavy to send expedited, yet they still had no problem taking my money for it. I asked them to refund the $2.00 and was told it was being processed on 9/18. I never received it and was told once again it was "being taken care of" on 9/28. I have still yet to receive it and 2 more emails after that have gone completely unanswered from them. Even though it's only 2 dollars, the bottom line is they lie, have terrible customer service, ignore complaints their customers have and fail to rectify mistakes when they're the ones ripping you off. STAY AWAY."
"I will NEVER order from this horrible website ever again.
I am in the UK and needed to order some oral antisceptic gel for my cat who had Chronic Renal Failure. She had bad gingivitis and needed help. Unfortunately I could not find this particular product in the UK.
EntirelyPets prices were good so I ordered. However, their worldwide shipping and handling fee were an astronomical $36.50 and it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. It arrived the day before my cat died.
I complained to them, telling them that I had ordered the day before, to another site in the US, another product for my cat which took only 1 week to get to me and only cost $8.66 to ship(using regular US mail, just like they did).
You know what, those idiots never even replied, nor apologised or even said sorry for the loss of my beloved cat.
I belong to a CRF forum (worldwide) and they also complain about EntirelyPets. One of the members lives in Israel and has ordered a product which contains live bacteria and needs to be dispatched refridgerated. Last time I heard, she still had not received her order over 25 days after ordering it.
STAY AWAY from them, they are not worth it, they are greedy and heartless.

Within an hour of posting this message, I received an e-mail from the Customer Service Manager who apologised for the lack of response to my e-mail (he was shocked!) and also to offer his condolences on the passing of my cat. He kindly refunded the money I had paid, so I really appreciated it.

"Whether you like this company or not, I would highly recommend ordering via phone and NOT use their on-line store. It's prone to errors and they are unable to make any corrections after the order is submitted.
Ordered joint supplement powder for my dog. When going through the order process, they offered a two-pack at a slightly discounted price so I chose that instead and then deleted (set to zero) the single pack. Went through the order/shipping screens and everything was fine, but when the final receipt came up it still had the single pack, so now I was getting three buckets of supplements.
I immediately called and left a message (after hours) telling them of the mistake and then wrote an email stating the same thing. I called the next morning and spoke to customer service and he told me he would try to get the order changed. Well he was unable to and twelve hours later I got a shipping notice for the three buckets. When I called customer service I was told pretty much tough luck but I could either refuse shipment or get an RMA and ship it back. After reading all of the comments here, I don't have much confidence in their return process but we'll see how it goes."

"Terrible service. My order (placed at the end of July '10) did not arrive in the end. I sent several mail to ask them the status and they replied there is no way to track my parcel. In the end, after more than two months I still did not receive any, I asked them to refund my money but either they give me useless answer or simply played deaf to my request. I will never do any business with them again."
