"I have purchased a total of 4 systems from Todd at ECS. Unbelievably, I have spoken to a person, with little to no wait time, every time I called! That is amazing! The courtesy and willingness to go the extra mile for customers, went well beyond my expectations. I had to return a motherboard/cpu to Todd, and he pre-shipped the parts for me, WITHOUT requiring me to ship the faulty parts to him first. He also shipped the replacements overnight without charge. My orders have always arrived on time, even if I made last minute changes, which I have. I can't say enough about this company. Doing business with them has been a refreshing change in what is usually a very frustrating part of my job. I will continue to do business with ECS for my company's needs, and reccomend them to my coworkers and friends. "
"I found ECS off this website, and am happy
with the choice. Todd was very helpful, and
even found ways to save me money on my order.
For instance, for my situation, he suggested
that I not buy a keyboard from them, because
it would have to be shipped in a separate box
that would raise the shipping cost over what it
would cost to just buy one locally.
The day my system shipped, the total price of three
components dropped $45 (memory, floppy drive, dvd drive).
I called to see if I could be credited for this, and they
gave me $20. I wish I could have gotten all 45, but I
understand prices drop quickly.
My only complaint is with Fedex, not Envision. This
isn't the right forum for that complaint, but the basic
idea is that Fedex's tracking service, and the customer
service at Fedex, were both very misleading about when
it would arrive, so I had to take off work 2 days to be
there when it came. In hindsight, it definitely would
have been worth it for me to spend the extra money to be
assured of which day it would arrive. Again, Envision was
great about everything. I definitely will order from them
again."

"I found this company to have prices that are marginally higher than a lot of bottom line sites, however their shipping was extremely reasonable and might well make up the difference on some purchases. My purchases went without a snag. Everything arrived as predicted by email notification intact and well packed. As a test, I contacted them a few times by email to see what the response would be and each time my email was courteously and promptly replied to. I feel this company has it under control and whereas they arent the cheapest source available at least you will always have recourse when problems arrive. In my opinion, customer service is the vital issue for any company in this business. The complexity of cutting edge hardware and software can become a nightmare without someone to turn to for technical help. If you buy something from ECS and something doesn’t work out, my experience is that Todd will work with you immediately and continually until the problem is solved, whatever it takes. "A VERY satisfying experience. I ordered an ASUS P4B2566 MOBO with 1 Gig of Regsitered SDRAM. Turns out the Registered SDRAM will not work on this MOBO. Todd checked the facts and got the right memory.
In addition, on a whim, I asked how long it might be before they got the GeForce 3 Ti-500 back in stock, as they were showing a "on Backorder" status. Todd indicated that they had one coming in later in the week, and would be happy to set it aside for me.
Bottom line: GREAT customer service. I have previously bought from Aberdeen (NEVER again!) and other large component providers. Will galdly pay a few $$ more for getting what I want, when I want it, and with great customer care.
