"Flawless Order and Delivery Process for a total P4 based system. Only small suggestion is that Envision use a stronger weight shipping box. Mine arrived with bent corners and a few rips, although the inside contents were well packed and arrived in perfect condition - this time. The quality of the delivered product and Envision's professional business process well justify thier slightly higher prices.

"Great company, great customer service. I just received a high end system from ECS and the whole
experience was simply flawless.
This is a professional outfit that is truly serious about maintaining and growing their customer base. I ordered my system by phone while using their system calculator online. Selection of components was very easy and the employee I spoke with was knowledgable with no sales pressure applied.
Packaging:
ECS assembled and tested my system prior to shipment and when I received it, it worked perfectly. The packaging was complete and upon opening the case I dscovered a very tidy job with all power and ribbon cables neatly zip stripped to their appropriate lengths. The attention to detail was obvious. They even had a foam insert in the case to keep the cards protected, nobody I've ordered before has done this.
The system was sent FEDEX via a tracking number emailed to me upon shipment. I received the
system about a day after I received the tracking number.
Installation:
ECS did most of the work prior to me receiving my system. One thing I especially liked was that
they installed all of the hardware component drivers. When I flipped on the system, everything was already in place. This is noteworthy because the system I ordered was not complete and they took the time to do the custom installation rather than leaving it to me to install the drivers myself using the cd's included.
Customer Interface:
Excellent. I had no problem reaching a human being by telephone whenever I had a question or change in my order. All interaction was dealt with professionally be it by phone or email.
The overall experience leaves me with surprisingly little to say. In this case that's a good thing because ECS is clearly a first class operation that deals on the straight and narrow. You can buy without fear when ordering from them, you won't be disappointed, and if you are, they'll make it right. ECS stone cold delivers, quite frankly there's nothing more to say.

They are a joy to do business with. ECS kept us completely informed about the status of our order and its shipping. During unpacking, we were impressed with the care that had been taken to ensure that the CPU fan was still in place; all other assembly and wiring is first-rate.
The unit had everything that was ordered. Windows booted flawlessly on the first power-up, and we were connected to the internet on the second boot. The unit has been used every day for two weeks without any problems.

"I ordered a bare bones system from EnvisionCS last June (2001). The power supply failed on me on Monday June 3rd, so I called them up to get a replacement. I had about 2 weeks left on the 1 year warranty, so they sent me a replacement free of charge, plus I ordered an extra case fan to keep my beast from running too hot.
EnvisionCS has my business 100% from now on. Their prices are extremely competitive (tho memory might be cheaper elsewhere), but their service, which I have had to use a couple of times now, is second to NONE. to replace the card. The computer was

My front case fan was DOA. I called and

The video card driver was out of date. But at least they were using the

"I have been buying off the Internet for as long as I can remember. A couple of years ago I bought what I like to call a heavy piece of junk from HP. So this time around I did my reasearch and discovered Envisions from resellerratings. I made tons of phone calls, and they were always answered helpfully, honestly, and NO HOLD TIME!!!!! Todd at Envisions was the most helpful computer dealer I have ever dealt with and by far my AMD Athlon XP 1800 system is the best computer I have ever bought. A couple months after purchase my computer began to make a strange humming noise which I was under the impression was the coolermaster cpu fan. I emailed todd and he ended up sending my two fans because it was my own error that it was actually the fan on the northbrige chipset. Anyway, Todd and Envisions have been very helpful at any time I have ever contacted them by phone or email and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pc or pc questions. They are great!"

They state they will contact you with shipping options - which I had hoped I would be presented with on Sunday. Not a big deal, but the order processing was a tad slower than I had hoped for. I received an e-mail late Monday evening with shipping options (I shipped overnight since the parts are for a system that went down late Saturday night). In any case, the order evidently processed today, Tuesday, and will arrive tommorow.
