"Believe the positives! A truly great experience here. I ordered a "bargain bin" 15" AcerView monitor on thursday. Todd answered the phone (can't order bb stuff online....good policy!) and advised me that he did still have the item and he believed it to be in virtually new condition. I asked if it had analog or digital controls and he stated he believed it only had analog dials since it was nearly 2.5yrs old. I decided to bite the bullet and get it anyway due to the great price and NO SHIPPING costs! Todd said he wouldn't be able to get it out until friday due to the late hour on thursday. No problem, I said. I get home that night and receive an email advising that it indeed had been shipped and instructions on how to track it UPS. WOW! UPS Ground took awhile, but, I did receive it on tuesday of the following week. To my delight, it indeed has digital controls and seemed like brand new in the box! The kids are using it now and the picture is crystal clear! Thanks Todd! Probably the best $45 I've ever spent! I will be calling you again (and recommending you to all my friends!). Keep up the good work!"

"Envision CS is a great company and I will definitely buy my next PC from them. Todd Keller, their main sales/support guy, proved extremely helpful. I had a somewhat lengthy list of questions, and he answered all of them literally within minutes via e-mail. He told me that he would NOT buy a sound card if he was me, but rather listen to the onboard audio go from there. ECS go out of their way to make sure that you are buying the right system. On the day of the shipment I received an email from Todd saying that I had a bad stick of memory. He told me that he would replace the stick and run the system running overnight to make sure everything was okay. In order to ensure that I do not have to wait longer than I expected, he changed my shipping method from 2-Day air to Overnight. Just about every other company would just change the stick and ship it out, but not Envision. As an added bonus, I found Norton AntiVirus installed on my system, even though I did not order it. The clock was also set to my time zone. Little pleasant experiences like this add up to my overall satisfaction with the company. I recommend it. By the way, it's been three days of non-stop gaming for me, and the system is stable and couldn't be faster : )."

"Extreamly happy owner of a barebones system just over one year old. A few upgrades, problems and user tinkering later, still rocking.
I've found ECS easier to deal with and more accessable than my friends in the IT industry, these guys (espcially Todd) approach each issue with a personnal interest simply not found anywhere else. I've regretted buying cheaper parts elswhere online, only to be frustrated with lack of support and the wrong product for my needs. Now this may sound corny, but it's accuarte to say that ECS is like your best friend in the industry: easy to talk to, very knowledgable, eager to help, very fair, and a pleasure to deal with especially when you need them the most (post sale). Try getting a human voice on the phone anymore, especially one that is willing and can actually help you.
You mind find cheaper prices out there, but I've yet to find a better deal.

"After weeks of searching Pricewatch.com and using this website to cross-check the companies advertised on pw.com, I was becoming quite agitated. Reading negative after negative comment about people's shopping experiences and the vendor spam that some companies do on pw.com left me quite uneasy. At one point I wondered if there were ANY honest businesses on the internet.
Through all the negativity, I somehow stumbled upon Envision's rating and comments page. The rating/comment ratio shocked me and I just had to check out their website. A barebones system and 10 days later, I simply cannot complain. Ordered the system on July 3rd, and was advised by Todd@Envision that it might not ship out until Monday because of the Holiday rush. It arrived on the 10th, ahead of my expections. Everything inside was clean looking, the few parts I had ordered through them were nicely input, and the wires were crimped quite well, which gave it an overall perfect look. Upon getting the rest of it input and built, I attempted to get Windows up. And Windows being the picky-ass OS that it is, kept giving me blue screen of death errors, (later to be atrributed to a bad stick of RAM.) Called Todd the next day (and they pick the phone up after the first ring, everytime, AMAZING) and explained my problem to him, and what he replied next to me shocked me. He said "well since we don't know what it could be, either the mobo, processor, or RAM are the problem, why don't you ship the whole thing back to me and I'll replace the parts and ship it back to you." I asked if this would be expensive for him and he said "I really don't care how much it costs, my only concern how long you'll be without your system." WOW! After some more investigation by me, the culprit RAM was pinpointed and he said he'd ship out the new stick the SAME DAY and that it would arrive in three days. It did just that, and it also came with a PRE-PAID Fed-Ex sticker, with which all I had to do is get a box, stick on the label, and drop it off. The new RAM stick works perfectly, the system is flawless, and I am simply baffled by this wonderful shopping experience. The guys are simply the best purchase I've ever done on the internet or in real life. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

"I bought a complete P4 system from Envision, and I can only echo the comments of so many other reviewers. This was an exceptionally pleasant buying experience in every way. Their web site is well designed and gives detailed information about almost every component they sell. Todd was very helpful on the phone before the sale, and he answered every one of my questions patiently and with complete honesty. He even suggested several ways for me to save money. The system was shipped exactly as I ordered it and exactly when promised. When it came in, everything worked perfectly except for a minor problem with a DVD drive. When I informed Envision about the problem, they shipped me a replacement drive the same day. They included a return label so all I had to do was put the defective drive in the box, slap on the label, and call FedEx for a pickup. No freight charges, no questions, no hassles of any kind! I would recommend this dealer without reservation."

"There's not much that I'm going to say that hasn't been said on the dozens of other positive comments about Envision, but maybe I can: it was mainly comments on resellerratings that brought me to Envision, where i configured my own PC for purchase, a real screamer (in my opinion), P4 2.2, 512 MB Ram, etc. The configuration pages are great because you can get enough details about components to go review-hunting on the web. One week after getting it, it's obviously the best computer I've ever owned - it's rock solid and I haven't had problem number one with it yet - and it's the best online buying experience I've ever had in terms of customer service, response time, etc. It took ten days from order to delivery. I promptly ordered an extra RAM chip and had it next day (yeah, being in Kansas City helped, but still...). I can't ever...envision....myself buying another computer from Dell, HP, Compaq (and especially Gateway) as long as Todd and Envision Computer Solutions is in business. Remember that you get what you pay for, and if you want to pop for a $599 Dell go ahead, but I expect to be swapping/upgrading/adding parts to this beast for a long time. "

"I ordered a system (Pent 4 2.0 Ghz, 1Mbyte RDRAM, nvidia Gf TI-4400,). When I received the order, the TI-4400 did not work. Having bought 3 other mail-order computers in the past, I thought this would be problematic for me. I called sales to record the problem and wanted an upgrade to the TI-4600. I authorized the differential in price and received the upgraded video card within one week. And I received a preprinted FEDEX shipping label to return the TI-4400. The new card worked perfectly. The salesman was very cooperative. This was my best experience with a mail-order computer company."

"Being able to configure your own computer online was a big plus for me. As each component is added you can determine what your total is. This is a totally different experience than those other sites which offer base units to which you can add or subtract components. I had to phone them to ask about a few components for which I had little expertise. They gave me only straight answers to help fulfil my needs with no hype or attempts at overselling. Additionally I was impressed by the speed with which the system was built and deleivered considering it was the holiday busy season. The unit was very well packaged to withstand the rigors of shipping. Once inside the case I immediately noticed the well-placed, nice tight wire bundles allowing unrestricted airflow. Yeah, I'll order my next one from them and would recommend ECS to any one else. "
