I bought a complete system about a year ago with a new ATI 8500 card. My system kept crashing which I thought was due to the immature drivers. Well after almost a year I got tired of crashes and emailed Todd. Without hassle, he immediately offerred to replace the ATI card or give me credit for an upgrade for a better card. I chose to receive a replacement. To my delight the replacement came less than a week later with a return sticker. No more crashes. My system is now smooth as silk. Envision had nothing to do with the problem I had, yet Todd made sure that my problem was resolved. This is simply the best company I have ever dealt with. Todd has a loyal customer for life. "
"Well, it's been a month since we got our computers and thought it was well time I commented, as this was the place that lead me to Envision.
My hubby and I were both ready for new computers, and we wanted matching ones, so I went shopping. Alienware, cool stuff, awful prices and ::cringe:: have you seen those cases at Best Buy? I dunno, but the best buy lighting just makes 'm look cheap. Falcon? Nice. expensive. move along. nothing for us here.
So, I start researching "real" computer builders. And find Envision sticking right out at me. I figure out what I want -- shiny pretty (oooooooh) Lian Li aluminum case, Gainward Ti4600, AMD2200, 512 Corsair memory, the works ... gimme the price on two.
Todd (they must have multiple Todds, how else do they deal with all of us?) talked me through the stuff I had opinions on, and gave me adice on the stuff I didn't have opinions on (very nice!)and then sent me a price quote ::eyes bug out and goes into a giggle fit:: it was nice. Gee, two shiny pretty Lian Li-cased super computers or one brilliantly loud-colored Alienware computer?
We'll take two shinies.
We get them and unpack them and find little notes that we have to open the cases to take out the "stuffing." (This was a plus, as the last computer we had built at a local place had shiny little stickers guarding every panel that said "touch the innards and die, no warranty for JOO!" on them).
We took out the stuffing and fired 'm up and found ::sigh:: dead video cards.
The blasted Ti4600 cards are tremendously heavy with all the cooling on 'm, and they just didn't make it through the shipping installed, even with the stuffing. (recommendation: if you don't mind futzing around with the innards, have 'm ship the vid card separate after setting it up and install it yourself.)
No problem, we stuck our old vid cards in and played and gave Todd a call the next day. He sent us two fresh cards out fed ex. Yeah, that's right. He sent 'm first. Told us to send the DOA ones back when we got the package ... there was an envelope all nice and set up for them.
New cards in ... they work perfectly.
The computers themselves are wonderful. Between the two of us over the last month we've had a grand total of one (1) crash. And yes, it was hubby, not me ;) (he did it!)

I had previously purchased a sound card at Envision, and when I had what seemed to be short in the audio-out connector, they replaced the card right away, no hassles at all. So when I was looking at purchasing a new PC this fall, I knew where I wanted to go. Todd was very helpful, even ordering in a motherboard that he didn't stock. I was able to pick the system up a day earlier than expected, and it has performed very well. Todd and his staff gave me the kind of service I would wager most companies would only give to large purchase customers. I look forward to doing business with Envision in the future."

"This is a comment re Envision's Support. I purchased my system over 2 1/2 years ago - a pleasnt experience. 4 weeks ago my video card went bad. I contacted Envision and they (Todd) replaced the card with a much better one at no charge. I had a 3 year warranty and its nice to see it honored by providing an even better component than the original.

Todd Keller, owner and sales, walked me through the planning of each one with suggestions about the configuration and components I was considering so that my decisions about components were compatible and the computers were designed to do what I intended to use them for. He courteously listened as I explained the symptoms, diagnosed each, made his recommendations, and proceeded to repair the computer - usually replacing the component under warranty. "Good pricing, prompt delivery, and very solid equipment are strong selling points, but the support really puts them on top in my book. I've had to call tech support twice on minor issues, and was *very* impressed both times at the results: A live human being answered the phone within a few rings, pulled up my order, and immediately took steps to resolve my problem, without hassles, paperwork or hold times. Most recently, I had to call about getting a replacement for a failing SDRAM stick which was covered under warranty; the entire call took just over one minute, and a replacement is already on its way.
