I was stuck after Florida Power finally burnt my ups (its two years old, no warranty :( )
So feeling stranded, with a burnt cpu fan and video card (for some reason thats all that got fried). I was looking for the cheapest prices for an ATI AIW 9600 PRO. Found it here, with free shipping, and a very good price for a Cooler Master jet 7, said sure, though shipping charged for the fan were harsh (7$) for just regular ground, I said what the hell, bought them both, allmost got a heart attack when the fan wasn't shipped the same day even though I paid for rush shipping, but dont let that fool you, I got them both two days later, (the fan was shipped the next day from a warehouse close to me) very happy, all came wrapped nicely, no obvious damadge expect for the JET 7 plastic box (WTH was cooler master thinking ? ) very happy with the products, although they should mention that the jet 7 comes with the a small fan bus that you cannot really mount since it fits maybe only two cases in the entire world...doesn't matter to me, used the back faceplate.
in conclusion: Buy, dont worry, if you have a problem or get a sudden heart attack, contect them via email or phone, they will answer promptly.
