"I have bought 3 guns from Evike and 2 of them have been faulty. One smoked the trigger unit by me plugging a battery into a week after having it and the other one I received last week came in the box with a broke **** stock and I didn’t realize it was broke until I twisted the buffer tube back on just trying to tighten it up and when I was adjusting my sling strap the threads that the buffer tube threads into in the gun itself broke loose and it snapped and the cable that was connected to the battery fried the wire. I’ve got my first gun getting fixed in the tech center at evike and they won’t cover the warranty work because I took it apart only because I wanted to find out first what got messed up when I plugged in the battery. So I sent my new gun that I got the other day that came in broken that I DIDNT GET TO SHOOT ONE TIME back to Evike for repair and seeing how they operate for warranty work idk if they will even cover that because they didn’t believe me that it come in broken. I have a lot of friends that play Airsoft and we give evike a lot of money a month for products and I’m very disappointed in the way I’ve been treated especially having given them so much of my business and money. They want to send me my gun back broken or CHARGE ME to fix something that wasn’t self inflicted. If they don’t do the right thing and stand by their warranty I’m gonna stop buying stuff from evike and tell everyone I know to stay away from evike due to crooked ways and lack of care and respect for customers and their business. And the warranty is something they need to stand by if they offer it. "
