"I purchased expedited shipping, thinking lens cutting and fitting for glasses may take a couple of days and I'd get my glasses in a week. It turns out it takes longer so before you decide on paying more for shipping, know that you're not going to get your glasses that soon.
I would also opt to upgrade the lenses if you decide to use ezcontacts to make your eyeglass lenses. My area of clear vision is rather narrow with my new lenses, among the narrowest I've had in 40 years of wearing glasses. "
