"I thought I had great experience at first. I was able to pick style and check out easily. Then I needed a help making a small correction and customer service was very prompt and resolved my request within minutes. I was impressed. Three weeks later my order still showed as processing. I reached out to the customer service again and was promptly informed that there is some delays with the manufacturer and it may be another three weeks. I said to cancel the order and refund me unless they can guarantee that the order will be fulfilled this time in that given time frame. They simply canceled the order and refunded me. This makes me believe that they are selling product which they don't have and they hold no control over the inventory or manufacturer. I lost time and felt somewhat mislead, that's why the rating."
