"I ordered Flexon eyeglass frames only. After 3 weeks, I emailed customer support that I did not receive item. After a couple or emails, they communicated they were having difficulty getting the item. After5-6 weeks, I cancelled the order and received the frames from another vendor with 6 days. Therefore, I can't review the item I never received. They did respond to my emails however.
